I ordered a fire from fireplace world the fire arrived in good time however it was too small. I contacted the supplier by email and they were very helpful and agreed to send me a replacement fire which cost a little more. Very pleased with my new fire and I would recommend this company.

Delivery was ahead of specified time. Good quality merchandise. Using the Allen key was a bit fiddly, but not a problem.
Glass top arrived shattered into tiny pieces. Once I notified customer services, they were very apologetic and agreed to send a replacement straight away.

Very quick delivery
Part assembled so it will be easier to assemble.
