received e-mail stating DPD had tried twice to deliver parcel but I was not in - I am shielding so never out! Was asked to click to "reschedule delivery" but I have not ordered anything so have deleted e-mail, treating it as scam. Today I have also received e-mail supposedly from Royal Mail stating insufficient address so couldnot deliver a parcel - again - have not ordered anything so deleted this e-mail also.

I am hoping for the best, but I am afraid that I will never see my boxes again.
They refuse to give you a phone number to call. If you have an issue there is a dubious live agent that refuses to give you a phone to call or tell you where they are located. I asked questions about the whereabouts of my boxes and they are evaded. The boxes may arrive, but I am embracing for the worst.
