Don’t be put off on by the word “Hostel” it is hardly a hostel with its private rooms and private bathrooms. If these dates aren’t ideal for you there are similar prices throughout November. There are also flight prices around these dates from London, Edinburgh, Nottingham and Liverpool. I’ve chosen the Maverick Hostel which is centrally located in the heart of the city and has a fabulous 4.5/5 average rating on TripAdvisor. The hostel has a private bathroom in the private room, it is a modern twist on hostel, check out the pictures on TripAdvisor if you’re weary! Budapest is an absolutely beautiful city with so much to do and it’s still fairly cheap to eat and drink! There is a around a £7 tourist tax to pay when you are in Budapest. Many European cities have a tourist tax added onto the price when you get there. There is plenty of other accommodation to choose from, there are many cheaper ones if you don’t mind sharing a bathroom. There are so many quirky hostels which have amazing reviews and you can stay for as little as £8! I have only included hand luggage to keep the price down. You will be surprised how much you can fit into a hand luggage bag, just remember with Ryanair the allowance is 10kg and it will be checked in free of charge at the gate unless you purchase priority boarding for £6pp each way.
