Waited 2 months for my controller due to COVID, but received no communications to advise.. Was a birthday present but missed the date by a few weeks.. Eventually turned up but with a few weeks of using it has already started to break.. Have tried to email them on 2 separate email addresses, one gets returned as undeliverable and the other says access denied! Wouldn't use them again.

I have ordered quite a few controllers now from Custom Controllers and I absolutely wouldn't go anywhere else. The variety and quality of the controllers is absolutely outstanding with super fast delivery. Customer service is excellent, Michael will bend over backwards to help and nothing is too much trouble. They will always go that second mile to make sure you get the best service possible.

control looks really good, however the xbox home button tends to get stuck a lot and has done since i got the control, the x button occasionally takes a couple presses to work and for a £75 or so controller i’m not too impressed with it and expected a lot better. headphone port also plays up a lot and i lose all sound for about 5 seconds. i know these issues were not caused by myself because they’ve been happening since i received my control.

This is an amazing firm. They have been incredibly helpful when my original controller from Game was faulty which isn’t their firm the staff were friendly and when game said there wasn’t any in stock they gave us a discount code for the new controller thanks to David Cook and Michael from the Leeds distribution office :)

Was very dissatisfied with the delivery of my controller I ordered it well in time for Christmas as was a Christmas present for my autistic son. Emailed 3 times asking where my controller was. Each time was confirmed that be delivered well before then. Finally got my controller mid January after anther email and finally a phone call.

Personally I had a bad experience with this company. Ordered 2 custom controllers for my two boys( thieve were all they asked for for Xmas). I was promised them before Christmas but they didn’t turn up until after new year. They were closed in run up to Christmas so couldn’t find out what was happening . Two very disappointed kids Christmas morning. Emailed them, no apologies. I did get my money back after quite a lengthy wait. Cost me £17 to send them back as they don’t cover the rerun postage. Wouldn’t use them again. Wud defo go somewhere else.

Ordered in November (luckily) and came mid december as a christmas present for my partner. After just over a month of use the controller became faulty. A returns form was sent out and when it returned to us the controller was all scratched. After addressing this issue via email after about a week, they offered to replace the controller but without the engravement. A total waste of time and £94. Would not advise any1 to use this company. Absolute joke.

This company is scum. I orderd a controler that was assured to arrive in 4weeks and it just never came and when I asked about it on email I don't a reply. Their phone number dosent work so only other contact is letter.
