Utter Shambles. I ordered a part on the 16th of April. I had still not received the part by the 2nd of May, even though it was dispatched weeks ago according to their website tracking. I then contacted Partsmaster via online chat and asked them to advise. They copied and pasted an e-mail that I had supposedly been sent into the chat box with no other comments. Rude! I have not received the mail from them and I check my spam folder religiously. So after waiting for a part that has never been sent even though it shows dispatched on their website for 3 weeks I now will be ordering else where.
I understand these are difficult times for everyone but a little common curtsy and MANNERS go a long way!. I have never heard of a business that does quality control after the order has been dispatched so it might be a good idea to only show the order has been dispatched when it actually has!

I placed an order on the 25th March & within minutes got a reply by email saying dispatched. This is clearly a automated response as I am yet to receive the order. Partmaster are very quick however at taking the money out of your account as mine was taken the next day. In the T&C’s it says they will only take the money once it is dispatched. I find it hard to believe this is how they operate. I’ve sent numerous emails chasing my order with no reply. Hopefully someone will see this & get back to me..?

I ordered a spare door seal for a Samsung fridge / freezer. The wrong part was delivered (apparently the ordering system incorrectly referenced the part). Your customer service representative arranged for collection of the unwanted seal but the courier has not called to collect it. I am told the part I actually want is unavailable. That is Samsung's fault not yours but I can't say Partmaster have helped.

The required part was delivered the next day (as paid for) with full carrier tracking. It was a third party spare part which fitted easily and did the job, thus getting my oven back in service.

I had previously identified what I thought I needed and had ordered it but could see on arrival that the part was not an exact fit. Very close, but not exact. Spoke to a really capable Customer Services lady who really knew her stuff! She identified the correct part sent it out immediately, arranged the return of the original part sent and a refund.Cooker up and working again. Huge thanks.

Very easy to find the parts that I needed and a very speedy delivery service.
Some items are a little expensive though especially hob hinge pins that don’t seem to last more than a couple of years anyway.
All said though, it has repaired the cooker.

The item I bought was not available at the time I placed the order. I thought it would come through and be sent within 2-weeks but heard nothing at all from partmaster. I rang after 4 weeks to enquire and was informed that I actually have to place the order again as it was now in stock. I was not amused in the least.
