Bought 2 Stone island jackets online at a cost of £925 I had a discount code of £150 and it was no problem to apply it. I ordered them on Monday afternoon & they were delivered on Wednesday afternoon. The jackets were well packaged & packed well. The delivery was fully tracked through DPD delivery service as I paid extra for nominated day delivery. No problems what so ever. I love the jackets 2 spot on service.

Qualified for the Black Friday £100 code but not sent. Company ignoring emails and calls. Have spent so much money here but never again. I could have shopped deals elsewhere. Can’t believe a company would behave like this. Several other reviews on other sites saying same thing. Hopefully an apology and remedy soon!

They charge you for stuff they don’t have in stock and don’t respond to emails!

I ordered a pair of Louboutin online in the sale - arrived on time but with one of the heels all scraped and sole all marked - no prior notice of the damage to the shoes! Still awaiting a reply from them. Fail to understand why there is so much damage to the shoes considering in store shoes must be worn on the rugs! Then ordered a pair of Valentino 2 days ago - paid for them then received an email saying they were out of stock but they still took the money for them and I'm STILL awaiting the return of the money! In store shopping is great but I'm apprehensive at ordering online again. No wonder Mike Ashley is minted!!

I have been a loyal customer of cruise over the years spending considerable amounts of money in the shops. I recently purchased a Stone Island Jacket and a CP tshirt paying for next day delivery to my mums and if no one was in to leave at the safe place. No photo was left and my mum was in at the supposed time of delivery and the door was open with both dogs in the garden. When I got through to DPD they advised me that the gps for the parcel delivery was number 51 and my mums is number 22 I raised a complaint with both and Criise have just closed the case happy that the courier did as advised no refund no replacements which leaves me £348 out of pocket absolute disgrace I will never buy anything from them again and will advise as many friends as possible the same I am truly disgusted with how this has been dealt with never mind the loyalty and amount of money I’ve spent there over the years I guess that accounts for nothing so I shall be voicing my story on as many platforms as possible so you don’t have to suffer the same. One very unhappy ex customer

I was really worried when ordering from Cuise after reading all the bad reviews here and that's actually the only reason I'm writing this review. Don't know if I was just lucky, but fortunately everything went really well, no wrong sizes and other bad surprises, my order arrived rather quickly (to Italy) and nicely packed. Very satisfied!

Excellent shopping and service

By far the worst in store customer service I have ever received from any retail outlet in my life. Extremely rude and patronising manager, rude, unproffesional and obnoxious in store staff and an overall experience I’d like to forget. Honestly would advise anyone against shopping with cruise if they want to have a products that are easily exchangeable and/ or are expecting a high customer service level that is usually provided when visiting shops such as Cruise.
