Spent almost £2000 having one side of my house fenced. After three months of phoning, emails and going into office I still haven’t had a quote.
Read the reviews before contacting these. Obviously too busy to care.
They charge more than anyone else too.
I certainly will not be using them again.
Incompetent and rude

We were very pleased with fencing we ordered , it arrived earlier than expected . The 2 men that installed the posts and fence did an excellent job and cleaned everything away after . Very happy .

Sorted my fence problem

We ordered fencing in early June & were told that it would be 6 to 8 weeks before the job could be done & we were happy to wait. We were phoned yesterday & asked if the job could be done at short notice which was fine. They arrived on time & quickly got stuck in to the task at hand which also involved taking down a shed. We could not fault the quick & efficient way that they undertook the job & they were careful to sweep up & take away all the rubbish. An excellent job.

Went to look at and order balustrade for my decking. Very helpful chap served me (I think maybe called Ron) Nothing was too much trouble and we had a laugh at my ineptitude. Got everything I wanted, all carried out to my car. Excellent service.

Delivered in good time and gentleman delivering was very polite!

Great fencing and gates.

Purchased the upvc fence panels to replace old wooden ones that kept blowing through. Easy to install and great value for money.

Brilliant transaction i have 2 separate orders and deliveries and the guy's have been great,unfortunately due to isolation family can't erect the fence yet,but the fence look good quality would use this company again

Very pleasedwith the fence panels. The customer service I thought was poor. Phoned to order additional panels and the man I spoke to was very rude. If I hadn’t already had some panels delivered so knew the quality was good I would have cancelled the order.

Don't buy from there Web site as you don't get fence post caps but through eBay you do from same company

Delivered to the wrong address, wouldn't deliver to correct address for another week. Cost me to get them picked up and delivered to the correct address. No apology, just a call from a relieved delivery man when he came to pick them back up and they were not there.

superb service

Dealt with my order over the phone all the parts came in great condition. The post extensions are very good. Everybody has commented on how nice they look but they have never seen them before

Friendly service and very quick delivery. Placed my order over the phone which was easy, paid cash on delivery which was very helpful to me and received a call prior to delivery which made the whole experience faultless. Thanks again and will definitely recommend you to other people

Excellent from start to finish

The product is good but the customer service is appalling. Was sent through to the service yard to collect my items, pressed the bell twice for attention, waited 15 minutes without any acknowledgement from a member of staff. Only when another customer was waiting did they acknowledge I was there. After someone collect my trellis he offered to take it to my car, I brush past a customer to get past and the member of staff who he was serving became very aggressive over me brushing past, swearing in my face and moved towards me like he wanted a fight. Had another staff member not got in the way I think he would of hit me. I Asked to speak to a manager regarding the situation and was left another 10-15 minutes before I was spoken to, he assured me it would be dealt with, I didn’t leave with confidence that it would. All in all not a very good experience. As a company you are lucky to be trading during these uncertain times, you should not be treating your customers this way. I will not be returning, I manage a gym in the local area with lots of people who leave around your store. I will make sure people are aware your customer service is shocking and and to look else where for any of your products.
