British Corner Shop Reviews

I ordered some chocolate for my sister from the British corner shop on the 2nd Of October for her birthday on the 13th of October thinking it would be here in time. A week after the order had been placed I had not heard a thing so I rung up only to be told that the order had not yet been sent out but would be in the next couple of days. I then reviewed an email on the 12th of October to say that my order had been cancelled due to having no stick of the item I had ordered. Why I wasn’t told that when I had phoned up a few days before I do not know. I will never order from the British corner shop again. A complete and utter let down. It wasn’t as if I was ordering from another country. I haven’t got my refund yet either so I’m hoping to get that soon. Very disappointed with them and would not recommend them at all.

Incorrect details on invoice do parcel was destroyed by customs

They said my order was despatched via a non-tracking courier and missing. They don't send it again but offer a refund of the product only. So I spent $20 postage for nothing. WTF

We moved to Spain in 2004 and really do not miss anything from the UK, but now and then we want crumpets and Soreen loaves or my daughter wants Walkers crisps.
At xmas we get crackers and a pudding.

I would like to see them offering Sainsburys goods not just Waitrose, l do miss the red label tea! I order that from Ebay, would be better from here.
Good service and fair post costs.
