Great food and great communication. The courier (guess who) let them down and they preemptively sent me a voucher in apology. If they hadn't, I'd probably have never noticed it was a day late.

I love all brindisa products. The delivery and shopping experience both efficient. One criticism on packaging of the sliced chorizo which is delicious. However. Hard to get individual slices off the batch. The taste great but with the salcichon there was no problem

the product is very good and top quality unfortunately I found the checkout process frustrating and could not wait to complete my last purchase as password issues and lack of text to my phone with a code to check out.

Superb produce. Everything looks great. Postage organised superbly. Looking forward to trying the new items I’ve ordered. Good to try something new. I know that I love your chorizo and always use your paprika but I’m trying a few sauces this time. Keep the recipes going -very useful when it’s something you haven’t used or know.

There have been a couple of issues with delivery (1 - a wrong sized pack was sent; 2 - one delivery was a day late) but on both occasions the issues were dealt with via early notification of delay and correct item being sent immediately. Wonderful service.
