Nice to see that even after a National Lockdown the customer service at Bradbeers New Milton hasn't improved.
Received an abrupt and disinterested response to my telephone query today( didn't wish to make an unnecessary journey ).
Somethings never change, suffice to say I will be taking my business elsewhere !!

Staff in the showroom were excellent. Very knowledgeable and helpful. High quality products and good selection. Delivery staff were polite, careful and efficient. Delighted with Bradbeers and would definitely recommend them.

A table was ordered and promptly arrived in two weeks it was a glass and metal design which needed assembling but only took fifteen minutes. It looks great. The friendly staff could not have been more helpful. I have purchased other items from the store and will do so again.

Bradbeers staff were first class.
Unfortunately the suite arrived in less than acceptable state. The settee was creased and we are awaiting a visit form Parker knoll to review the situation.
This is the fault of the manufacturer.
