Ordered sample and it arrived within 3 days, not quite what I wanted so rang and they despatched another sample the same day and also emailed me instructions. 2nd sample arrived within 2 days and a perfect match. So will be putting an order in very soon . Exellent service.

Very poor product, not at all long lasting. Within weeks multiple splits started to appear and the response from the company is to pass the book suggesting we have dropped things in these areas (all of them!) and blaming our installer. We thought we were investing in a sustainable product instead we feel that we have wasted nearly £2000 on a product that we are going to have to replace.

Great delivery service! Used both free selected day and DHL next day delivery and happy with both.
We choose the solid natural strand wowen bamboo flooring and are pleased with the finish. The bamboo beading is however very hard and can chip when nails are used.

Love this bamboo flooring! It looks beautiful and it’s hard wearing, we ordered some samples which only took a couple of days to arrive, we wanted to use this in our kitchen but worried a little about the impact water could have on it, so my husband left a sample in a bowl of water for around 4 hours. We were amazed to see that the water had absolutely no effect on the sample what so ever!
