I have bought from Ardmor before and know that their goods are high quality. The hip flask is beautiful. The only criticism I have is that deliver took a while and I was beginning to worry that it might not arrive in time to give as a Christmas present. It did arrive and I am very pleased with it. Lovely presentation box.

Absolutely appalling service!I ordered a coat for my dad 5 days ago from their website!Having tried to buy it from another UK company previously I was concerned delivery might take a while!I paid close to £15 for international delivery. I emailed the company to ensure the coat would be in Ireland by the 20th December. They emailed to say early next week at latest!I then receive another email to say they have ran out of sizes of that coat and I can pick another one!This is for my dad, I have researched and this is the one I've been wanting. Why have they let me pay for a coat they don't have in stock?Why is it 5 days later by the time they tell me?Would they have told me if I hadn't initiated contact!Poor service like this takes the good out of buying presents and being organised as when you purchase and think it's on its way they take time away from you ordering another one to arrive on time

I purchased two fleeces for my son who works outdoors, the waterproof one and another which I searched on the requirement of a 'really warm' fleece.
Both of the products are fabulous. The waterproof one is exceptional and the other fleece is really warm. The sleeves on the really warm fleece are a tiny bit short (this is on someone who is a typical medium).
Would highly recommend the products.
Couldnt ask for more from the service and communications from Ardmoor. Thank you.
