I purchased copper bottle with 2 glasses. However the finishing of the product was not good, so i returned the order in lieu of that i received the coupon code but i am enable to redeem the same as all the customer care number and email are not working. Kindly advise how do i redeem the coupon.

If this site had the option of rating 0 I would have rated Star cj 0.
When I orderd a product they gave 18605007008 for answering any queries.
After the product arrived I did not like the quality and so wanted to return it so I called on the above mentioned number but they did not connect even after trying many times.
And when you somehow connect to them and tell to return they make excuses.
Firstly they give number which doesn't connect and when you somehow connect through another number they make excuses of policies.
They are trying to dupe customers by giving wrong numbers.

I ordered product from shop CJ it was going to be delivered on the given date but due to I was not available I rescheduled the delivery date but it was not delivered to me at all apart from this I was continuously taking the update of the delivery status and given complaint also about it but no response.. bad service I do not like to give 1 star also.

I was ordered something and i got another think. when i called to the customer care they told me that due to server issue we cannot help you. Last three days i am calling them and they telling me same that Still server issue is continuing.

We ordered a 5 pc Bella Casa bed sheet set in June. To our surprise we received a different print from what we ordered. There were number of calls made to the customer to have the exchange done, but to no avail. I have made about 15 calls till today.

The customer care executive today i spoke put me on hold for 15 mins and I finally had to disconnect the call.

Worst online company, harnessing customers for their refunds. Pathetic customer service , you need to be very patience if u want to connect with them as your call will connect after no of calls n than it will put on hold for more than 15 minute so that customer will automatically disconnect call

I hv brought 44pieces of dinner set and i got it on 26th June 2018 by courier and within 15 minutes i have called to shopcj team about the damage in product and thn i hv started calling and mailing too but since 3 months i am not getting any genuine answer as well as not getting my payment. Everytime they are sending reply on my mail that " You will get the refund amount within 7 to 10 working days" this line has completed almost 3months and now i am frustreted because they are not giving me my amount back and without any clearance they have sended me gift coupon detail yoday on 20th Sep.2018.

I have ordered a Lotus white glow Skin care kit vide order no 1022609899 dt 29.04.18 but it is very regretted that firm has not delivered the Lip shed which is one of Free Item along with Kit, and also not properly respond on complain

One of the devilry boy asked my ATM Details when i deny him to give the details he abused me. When i called to customer care they put me on hold only.

I would suggest to all Please do not purchase anything from this fake site.

It's a fraud site . Customer care is very rude. Products are nothing as shown In the tv. Never purchase from this site.

Product color is different even they did not check products of the customers as per order of the Invoice. Order is mentioned in the Invoice correct but received order color is different. Very Bad service........

This is really annoying and worst experience with shop CJ for product that your team is a inferior quality, from the day one and when I requested to refund us then urs customer care guide to call on technical support of that brand, why so.
When the product is inferior from the day one and we Complaint on customer care within 48hrs then why refund is not initiating.
And customer care response is pathetic and Mis behave is so much and call disconnect and block my mobile no by urs senior escalation.
This is the services u people are giving.
Hats off.

i ordered Kitchen combo set & they will take order after 10 days customer care will call us & told that due to unavailability of stock. so why you taking order if product is not available. very disappointed. never purchase. fake discount offer.

Ive purchased a super washing machine on april 16th, It was delivered on 20th of April. When I opened the package, the whole box was already in a bad shape. When I opened the box, the motor was already broken. I immediately called the customer care and they promised me that they would refund or replace the piece in the next 48 hours. In case for any further queries, they messaged me a contact number(which I tried and was always switched off from day1). I waited for 10 days,15 days,20 days, called over 100 times and nobody answered my $#*!ing calls. This is the worst website ever, and the service is all dupe. The products that they show on tv are not the ones you would get, BULLLL$#*!TTTTT shopcj. I hope the head of the so called shopcj would read this comment

Worst shopping site as they are not sending all products as shown. In my biotech kit in gold facial kit one pouch is missing and not even ready to change it

I had ordered a shirt combo, it around 2 weeks i havent received my order. I had callled 4 times, every time I am assured I would be getting my product. They even doesnt connect calls to Managers or senior person. very bad service. This would be my last order, I would never order again.

Never purchase from here they show denims nd send just printed cheap leggi. With 2 very cheap nd rough leggi. This is my 1st purchase from shopcj nd its very bad experience for me.

i bought kurtis they delivered it within 2 days but the material is so poor and then they said that the material quality related issue products will not be taken back.After so lon of not picking up the phone calls they finally agreed of getting their product back but its been 18 days they have not picked up the kurtis. Never buy anything from this site you ll get the worst quality.

I had to return the kurthis as the size is not correct,so I have to exchange, I have been calling shop cj every day they are taking the complaint but none of them are coming to take the Kurthies back, fed up of calling them every day and have to tell full details like address,phone no,order no every time when ever I call,fed up

I ordered denim pants combo of very inferior quality, in place of buttons and pockets, there are prints, leggings look like thin stockings, size also not what we ordered, customer care person responded rudely when asked for refund, really bad on part of them

I have just ordered 10 bed sheets of Rangilo Rajasthan and their print was not satisfying they said does that we will give you hundred percent cotton bed sheets but we don't get the pure cotton bed sheets this fabric and their size would not satisfying this address that we will give you king size bed sheets but they were so small that they don't cover our bed .. and when I asked for returning it they said we can't return you . Is according to policy we don't think what is your test and we don't return it but when we are watching TV this address if we don't ask any question from you and we will return it I just completed within 48 hours . But they don't return .I'm not satisfied with CJ products they have variety but they don't have quality many years before I have ordered a Birla processor it just worked for one or two months after that it don't work we have problem in using it we have complained but after 6 months ago they come in our house to repair it the repair it and the food processor work for two or three days only not more than one week I just want to say that please improve your quality yes you have choice but the products are not satisfying to us. I think so I will never again or order something from shop CJ

I ordered a pack of 5 kurta from shop cj. However, one of the kurta had literal colour paints which is used for drawing on it. The floral pattern was fully painted with it and when I washed them, it all started to get removed. When I complained, at first they ignored then said that they couldn't replace it. I mean so low graded products and services that one can't describe. They don't even know how to treat customers. I had a really bad experience and this happened not only once but thrice.

I bought one Canvas Vacuum Bags set from shop CJ online shopping,
1st. I received the package 3-4 days late from delivery date and then as I was out of town I opened it after 7 days and few items were missing in the package.....
So I called to customer care but they refused to take complain as I was calling after 7 days and 2 customer care executives disconnected my call......
Did mail and called on so many numbers, asked that I'll pay the charges for missing caps and clips which are missing but not Shop CJ nor delivery company is ready to take any action regarding this.
It is such a big company and not supposed to behave like this when things are missing from package.... even they should think seriously and take some action about incident....
But no one bothered.....
Sad that I trusted such renouned TV channel.....

2nd. I used the product as shown in the Show but just in 2 days I realized that product is unable to keep things vacuumed as promised.....
I put 3-4 quilts in the bag and sealed it and did the vacuum process, but just in one day I felt that it is not in the same shape as day before, so I did the vacuum process again but it's unable to keep the vacuum properly........

So this is it.....
Made a mistake buying something from these renouned sites, and feeling cheated.....
Will never buy anything from this site again.....
