I was going to fly from UAE on the 27th of March. Due to the outbreak of Corona virus the flights had been been cancelled. I tried my level best to reach cleartrip with all possible means. By calling them , sending emails etc. I even contacted them on twitter and Instagram. However, twitter replied me back and asked me for my Id and flight details but they didn't responded to it later on. Finally I had to cancel my flight on the day i was supposed to fly to my home country. The only automatic generated response that i got after cancelling my flight on their app was that they will refund us within 60 days. Althought the flight that l booked my ticket from was PIA and they were giving a full refund to all their customers who bought the tickets from them. I am extremely raged and mentally upset towards their disloyalty. They should be ashamed of themselves by not refunding money to their customers and fooling them by not responding to their queries.I wish that they suffer a great loss and never be able to continue their work in future if they didn't refund everyone's money.
