I tried contacting CheapAir both through their web site (3 times) and via phone starting about 36 hours before my flight. They didn't respond to my efforts. Luckily, through another source, I learned that the flight I was booked on was no longer on the schedule and I would be on a later flight. My son in law was able to change his schedule to get me to the airport. I tried to check in only to be told that I wasn't booked for the new flight even though I had conformation from CheapAir. Seems that when the first flight was cancelled CheapAir didn't rebook me for the new flight. There wasn't room for me on the new flight. I had to call around to find someone who could come to the airport and pick me up. United was able to book me for a flight to Reno 8 hours later so had to find someone to get me back to the airport and someone to pick me up in Reno to drive me the over hour to Fallon Nevada. I lost a full day of seeing my new great grand daughter because of this. I will NOT use CheapAir again. I have tried to contact them but they are still not responding to my emails and the phone number just says to contact them by email only. I don't know how to get my proof of purchase into the computer so unable to supply this b

CheapAir.com changed the date of the outbound flight on my roundtrip flight, forcing me to cancel the trip and now they will not refund the purchase price of the return ticket.
I purchased a roundtrip flight on CheapAir.com. 2 days later CheapAir.com changed the outbound flight to a different day, forcing me to cancel the trip. Now, they won't refund the ticket price of the return flight. They say because the outbound flight is a different airline than the return flight, they can't refund the ticket for the outbound flight.
I was never warned that if one airline canceled a flight, I would not be able to cancel the return flight. CheapAir is saying I purchased 2 one-way tickets. This is very deceiving, as I purchased a "roundtrip" flight – NOT 2 "one-way" trips.
I'm surprised CheapAir operates with such disregard for their customers and is allowed to break numerous laws with the deceitful practices.

I purchased a couple of tickets for my elderly parents. I cannot believe how unhelpful and disrespectful some of the agents are at CheapAir. Nobody is responsible and nobody cares about any issues after you purchased your ticket. I am so disappointed and will never purchase a ticket from CheapAir and I recommend all of you to avoid reaching out to this company. If you are so lucky and if you would need to speak to an agent on the phone sometimes you have to wait over an hour to get connected. There is very poor communication between CheaAir and airlines. My job is meeting customers everyday and I will definitely talk about my bad experience through out my life. I recommend all of you to avoid reaching out to this company for the sake of your time and money you spend. Cheers

Booked a trip to Florida for my husband's parent's vow renewal. Picked the perfect flight that worked with his work and other commitments. They apparently just put him on a totally different flight without even telling us and said it was the airlines fault. However I went directly to the airlines website and found the original flight was still available! Can't call and speak to an actual person! Been emailing for 3 day's to a different person every time to get changed back to the original flight we booked. Still nothing. Looks like they just put you on the cheapest flight available. Very frustrated. Will never book through them again!

So I booked over the phone and scored a great deal from boston to miami in march 2019 for our cruise. Minutes later I receive an email to call cheapair back. Ofcourse the attendant that helped me quoted me too low on tickets, eventhough they charged me already! I agrued, they didnt care. So fast forward closer to my travel dates, I call cheapair and airlines to confirm my tickets, all set! Covid19 happens and our trip was cancelled. Probably a good thing because they only purchased us one ticket there! We used 2 different airlines and they blamed jetblue for not accepting our reservation? So when my credit was issued, they only issued for 1 ticket? No credit, no apologies, they were just happy I noticed this error!? Never again. Also, when I contacted by email it took so many attempts, they kept saying they couldnt find my booking number and to try cheap o air.com because people mix them up. This was my first time buying flights and I only will book with airlines directly. What I liked about cheapair is you can use a pay over time thru affirm at checkout.

I'll never use anyone else it's far superior support to any others or booking direct

I have booked many trips through this website and have never had an issue and have never had to cancel. I just recently book a flight and hotel on 8/30/2020. The cancellation policy was that I'd have to cancel by 9/15 by 3pm to cancel with no penalty. I left my first email, because that's the only why they do their cancellations, on 9/6/2020. No one responded. A few days later I wrote another email with nothing. I started to panic since we were not getting close to the cancellation deadline. By 9/15/2020 I had left 3 emails and called various numbers, including the hotel directly with no answer. I finally got an answer and can you guess when? Yup your right on 9/15/2020 after 3pm! They told me that I could only get half my money back because it was passed 3pm that day! I emailed screenshots of everything I did to try an cancel and they didn't care. Then I got a message back saying that now I can't get any of my money refunded to cancel. I had to send them the screenshot of THEIR policy where it states clearly that I an due a refund. They also told me that I didnt put my booking number when I tried to cancel and that they emailed me. That was a lie because I never recieved anything. They had my email that I booked with. They have horrible customer service and they do everything they can to not have to refund your money. I will never use them again!

Had to change flights due to COVID for two different people from two different cities to get us on the same international flights with connections, sent my preferences in an email to [email protected] as they request when you call and I got a call back maybe an hour later confirming any changes in flight prices and verifying my new flight info. Very friendly, efficient, I honestly put it off because I assumed it would be a nightmare, glad it wasn't at all difficult or stressful!

I had requested a refund on my tickets due to COVID-19. I didn't really expect to get a refund... maybe just credit... but the refund was preferable due to me currently being unemployed as a result of COVID-19. The customer service representative, Danish (his first name) was amazing. He was very understanding, polite, professional, prompt, and was able to get a refund for me. It was honestly the best experience I've ever had with customer service... in ANY industry.

Interjet changed their flight itinerary making it impossible for me to make my connecting flight. Danish and Matthew helped me come up with a plan that ended up saving me money and getting a longer vacation! They were courteous, detail oriented, and respectful of my time. Give these guys a raise! They deserve it!

Since I was obliged to cancel international flights because of coronavirus, I did think the process would be complicated. However Danish handled the entire issue, got the flights cancelled and also go back the cost of same less a small fee. He handled the whole transaction with detailed precision and in a professional manner that I much appreciated.

Needed to change my flight, so called the 800 #, short wait, then Darnell Romero.. agent, was there to help me. He could have not been any nicer. This all was taken care of in about 5 minutes, and I shortly received the new flight information.
