So I ordered today my usual although it hasn't been much because ive been let down a few times I just love wings, now I ordered all drums they gave me allllll Flats I ordered blue cheese and extra blue cheese at extra charge and got allllll ranch! I ordered 2 flavors in wings and got alllllll one flavor and lemon pepper seasoned fries with I guess they felt I liked extra extra seasoning super salty couldn't eat the very few they gave me anyway. I'm not a picky person but dayyum I wanted that blue cheese with them drums and to at least be able to eat a couple fries!!!!

Horrible service and wrong order . They tried to give me food that they handed to a customer . Then tried to give it to me during the pandemic and all. The girl there argued with me, tried to trick me and act like she was making a new and then picked up the same bag and gave it to me . I told her i would report them to our local government and then my order was finally prepared correctly. I requested my chicken to be well done. Today I paid for side sauces and they didn't give it to me and didn't refund me either. Manager would not get on the phone .

I placed an order for pick up on November 5, 2020. I called the store the moment I placed the order to cancel "as instructed on the receipt that was emailed to me". The order was meant to be delivery. The young lady answered the phone instructed me that they were busy and she didn't know how to cancel an order. Other employees instructed her to tell me ro contact wingstop customer service but I would need to find the number myself. I found the customer service number ans was promised a call from a manager for a refund. November 5th and after two tickets and two promises for a manager to call me nothing has happened. I called again tonight November 14, 2020 and a manager hung up on me because he heard me discussing contacting corporate with my wife. He was supposed to be putting in yet another ticket for me to be contacted. This has been the abosolute worst experience ever. I want my refund of $32.71 for order number 921969403. Customer service was absolutely no help. I wish I could give zero stars, I'm never ordering from them again and I want to share this experience with everyone.

if there was a way to give 0 star I would. We order from them regularly and when the lady put in the wrong flavor, I called to tell them they sent us the wrong thing and they repeated the order.. Even though we got the amount it was the wrong flavor and I said ok but he doesn't like that flavor.. they tried to tell me it's not their fault they ordered something they don't like. THEY ARE THE ONES WHO PUT IN THE WRONG FLAVOR. Some young kid calls to give me a hard time and tell me I have to go drive and bring the food back to prove to them! Horrible customer service!

We just went to Wingstop for the first time. I was not impressed with how unsanitary the inside of the restaurant was. I was also not impressed with how many people were touching the pop machine and none of the employees were coming out to sanitize it in this age of Covid 19. Our order was also thrown into the bag haphazardly with Hot Sauce being on the outside of both boxes. There was also Hot Sauce on the bottom of our bag- covering over half of it. I had to get wet wipes and clean it off and then get another bag to put the original in. The wings were alright. The french fries were AWESOME

I ordered $90 worth of food from this restaurant and when we received our food it was cold and we were missing items from our order. When I called to let them know a nice gentlemen offered to give me a credit on my next order but then the restaurant called me back hours later and said that if I brought back the food I could have it remade but they were not able to offer any type if refund or credit. I ordered food as I am recovering from surgery and its unfortunate that this restaurant was unwilling to fix their mistake and expected me to drive the food back hours later to be remade. I would choose a different restaurant if you would like warm food and good customers service.

I felt compelled to share my first time experience at Wingstop at Bluewater.
It was my first time eating out during COVID
During a shopping trip with my daughter we were looking for somewhere to eat and stopped to look at all the different options available to us . A person standing outside Wingstop greeted us with a big smile and welcomed us in. We were initially cautious as we never eaten at Wingstop before and naturally we were overly aware of social distancing and hygiene standards.
The person who took our order was thoroughly versed on the menu and welcomed all our questions then repeated the order to make sure it was right.
I loved that there was a open sink available near the kitchen to wash our hands in addition to sanitiser and wipes.
I watched the staff with interest to make sure we were in a safe environment and to my relief the servers were very diligent to clear food and clean when people left, they were super friendly and didn’t make us feel rushed.
We ate Tenders which were absolutely delicious, crispy and tender with a sauce I would have happily purchased to take home with me.
The quality of the food was second to none and I would highly recommend a pit stop at Wingstop :)

It’s ridiculous that when you pick up a to go order (the location in Highland Village, -Tx) they keep forgetting to put carrots and celery sticks in my orders. So this time I told them I wanted extra because they keep forgetting to give them to us and they said they wouldn’t without paying extra. I’ll never order from them again! Bad business! Worth losing a customer over an order of Carrot sticks! Wow! Employees don’t care...owner would!

I waited a long time for a Wingstop to open a store in my area, so I was excited to try them out for lunch today. I ordered half original hot and half mild wings, an order of their tenders (just to see), the cajun seasoned corn, and a 20oz drink. The wings were nicely sized, but both the sauces were applied sparingly and both were surprisingly bland. Mild buffalo should still taste like buffalo sauce, these were just blah, and the hot were what I would expect mild to taste like. The tenders were heavily breaded, bland and dry. Most fast food burger joints have similar or better tenders than these. The seasoned corn on the cob was easily the best part of the meal, flavorful and juicy. The 20oz drink was probably 8oz max given all the ice in the cup. I barely got 3 swigs out of it. Really disappointed overall, especially given how much people seem to love them and even prefer them over BWW. I suppose some of their other wing flavors may be better, but I am not likely to order from Wingstop in the future when their most popular standard flavor is a dud for me.

I just picked up my order at your establishment off of Stetson Hills.
I reviewed my order ro make sure everything was in the bag. I noticed I didn't get ANY dipping sauce for my chicken tenders so I politely asked for a Ranch. The young girl was going to charge me $1.39 for ONE dipping sauce, which At ANY business dipping sauce comes with the chicken fingers.... I asked for the Manager, Lorena introduced herself and told me that she would not give me a ranch for my chicken tenders unless I ordered a COMBO or paid $1.39 for One sauce...
I politely refused and left.
My family and I have been a tenured customer for years.. EVEN WHEN YOU MESS UP OUR ORDER. and I can't even get a ranch sauce for my chicken tenders..I can see if I didn't order tenders and just wanted to be greedy and have extra but that wasn't the case.
This is bad customer service and I will be blasting this on EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA site as well as yelp..
$1.39 is worth all this????? Really?????

I placed a $50 online order that included 3 dips. Order delivered minus the dips. Called the store and was told my name would be written down and on my next order I would receive the 3 dips and an additional 10 wings. 5 days later I call to place the order and get told that the manager was in training and my name was not written down so I would not be receiving the wings (I was only offered the dips after I told them I had the order number). Terrible customer service avoid ordering from this store

Kerry, a manager lied about making good on a bad order. He didn't get my order correct. He indicated he would replace the wings by putting my name in a book. He indicated all I had to do was call and they would replace them at no cost. Lashawn, another mgr, said there was nothing she could do because Kerry never put my name in the book. They just lost my business and I will share this experience with those I know. Please don't do business with Wing Stop. This isn't the first time they screwed up an order.

Wings are usually pretty good.
The main issue right now is their total disregard for public safety. On my visit 8/18/20 all five employees had their masks down around their chin. Horrible management to allow this. Many restaurants in our area of Greenville, NC are a bit lax but this place gets the prize.

Walked into Wingstop and they stopped serving 20 minutes before closing time. What’s the point of staying open till 12 then if you’re gonna stop serving food at 11:30 and send all your customers away. Bad customer care if you ask me.

Had a new location open up on Shawnee Mission Pkwy and the first order made and received was awesome, Lots of sauce with the chicken.
Perfect!! Since then we have ordered several times in the hopes we get the same thing. Sad to report it has been disappointing. Why is NO consistency!!! Beware buyer!!
