I went to the store and the company didn't have my size in store, but they had it online. They ordered it for us and they dress was supposed to be black and GREEN (I've been wanting a green dress for 2 years) however when it came in it was just black! I got a hold of the company after calling them the 2nd time and they had told me to many people had ordered the green dress so they sent out a black ones instead. WITHOUT LETTING US KNOW! My prom is 5/1 and I received the dress 4/29

I seen very negative reviews after I purchased my dress and I was worried that it wasn't going to come in on time and it came early I ordered it April 5th and it arrived April 9th I also picked 9 day shipping so that's what made me worried but the dress is beautiful and good material!

Ordered on March 18 said order was shipped from LA on the 22 no tracking available call company a number of times told me they couldn't track it either Then finally got an email and a text saying it would be delivered on Saturday the 3rd of April 2021. And still nothing. When I went back to track again it says no tracking available. Total nonsense will not ever order from them again

I ordered a dress here and realized shortly after that unfortunately it was the wrong size. Honest mistake on my part, so I tried to change the order. I have not heard anything from Windsor, so I tried to cancel it. I received an automatic email that said I can't cancel my order after it has been "submitted." By submitted, I think they mean ordered in general. My order has not even been processed yet, I checked on the website. I thought there would be no issue with canceling it but I am poorly mistaken. What's worse is that now, even if I get the dress and have to return it, that's $13 in shipping (including the return shipping) that I will not get back. The dress I ordered was $35, so that's more than 1/3 of the cost of the dress! Not worth it. I'm so upset about this and will NEVER make the mistake of shopping at Windsor ever again. I saw the bad reviews and thought I'd be lucky but boy am I kicking myself now. I'm so upset I have filed a complaint through PayPal and am hoping to get a full refund since they don't allow order cancellations.

Also, there are typos in all the emails I have had with them. This is overall just a very unprofessional company. I advise you all to save yourself from stress and keep some money and do NOT buy from Windsor. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Exchange is horrible... Try returning 3 pair of jeans, well I was 1 day over the period and I was ok with store credit. Well they can even give you store credit! Really I just wanted a bigger size. Never will I buy from this store again.

After having returned part of my order 3 weeks ago; I am still waiting for my money! I wrote several mails and only got automatic response. Calling is almost impossible, usually you only get an answering machine. Today now, finally, I reached someone only to hear that my refund is in the process and will arrive shortly... Never again!

Horrible customer service. Phones don't work, email came back that it was not a monitored email. I have been trying to cancel and order before it shipped. I was unsuccessful. I also paid $23.95 for 1-2 day shipping. The item shipped Monday and is expected Friday. I will never order from Windsor again

The dress I ordered came fast! Love this place. Will surely buy again thanks Windsor! Will shop again in the future

Most of my dresses are from this store, and it's easy returns just read the policy. I've been shopping at Windsor for more than 4 years and never had a problem with customer service.

Windsor at arbor place mall the associates are rude. They don't offer any help upon entering the store nor do they even say hello. The customer service makes you want to leave and never come back. If you ask a question it's as if you are bothering them. The only thing that keeps the store afloat is there clothes. Windsor should just keep an online store. The storefront stores are unacceptable.

So i ordered this dress and picked express shipping (1-2 days) and was nervous it wasn't going to come on time! I read all these bad reviews that said they take forever to ship and i hadn't gotten a tracking link emailed to me. I went to the purchase email and realized the link to track it was in that email. Lol my bad! But it came in 3 days so that's why i took off a star. But i did love the dress! If fit true to size and i am obsessed with it! I will definitely wear it all the time! I will also shop here again for sure!

I accidentally spilt my drink in the store, and I was so embarrassed by it. To add insult to injury, one of the girls hands me a roll of paper towels and a janitors mop bucket and walked away to watch me from a distance, while another girl steamed clothes right next to where I was, and both watched me for the entire 5 minutes it took to clean. Nobody bothered to help, and the entire experience was completely humiliating. I was going to buy the jacket I had just tried on but instead just walked out of the store.

Shop Elsewhere - very poor customer service. First not respond to or act on messages left. I would not recooked this company.

I bought some boots and they arrived broken, I contacted them and they offered me a 10% discount on the price of the boots. I am not satisfied because I cannot use the boots and to repair them they would charge me at least $ 10 dollars and they offered me the approximate of $ 2.35. It is a bad place to buy I do not recommend it.

Windsor has the cutest clothes for the best price. I always get the most compliments when wearing their items. The clothes are consistent and true to size. I'm petite and their clothes fit my body type very well. They have a decent return policy as well. Additionally, their customer service is responsive and very helpful.

I have been shopping at Windsorstore.com for years now and they are my favorite online store to shop at.

The service the quality of the clothes is horrible. I spent 200.00 dollars online and I was told I could not return/exchange or receive a credit because I used a coupon. I will never buy from this place again!!

I should of read all the bad reviews posted on here before I purchased from here.

My daughter bought a dress for graduation in February. It didn't fit and I tried to return it in March but got an automatic message that they were closed due to the pandemic and would get back to me once they reopened. I never heard back so reached out again last week. First was told that the time had expired for a return. Now being told they will give a one time courtesy but won't pay return shipping. I will never order from this company again!

The dress's quality was pretty good. However, this store tricks you. Please be careful, I wish I could go back and not order from them. I found the same dress on Amazon, but I decided to experience their service. PLEASE think and rethink about it. I ordered 2 dresses I loved them; however, one of them came with a defect and I had to return. Long story short, the shipping to return was more than half the price of the dress $23.00. I couldn't believe it. I brought to their attention to this feature. Do you know what they did? ANYTHING!!!! WATCH OUT with stores that act in BAD FAITH!!!

Horrible, I purshased a top on May 10th, it says i was gonna get it in 6 days to 2 weeks...it's been more than 3 weeks and still haven't get it. I called at the store, the lady who answered me said that the manager losed the info about my order and I was like Whaaat?!?!?!?! And she's like yeah, i'll reach to you tomorrow, and thag never happened.

I ordered pants from Windsor’s online store about a week or more ago... When I got my confirmation they said 1-2 business days before I would get my tracking number. Okay fine, normal. Well I dunno if they hack stuff or not, but after that my Spotify, EBay and Apple Music all sent me alerts to change my passwords as concern of a security breach... Changed all my passwords because eventually I was just prompted to do so. This evening around 11 pm I get an email asking me to REVIEW the product I never even received a tracking number for! Honestly disappointed being a first time customer :(

I have quite a few dresses and body suits from here. All fit true to size and are great quality for the price you pay. Customer service has always been good when I do end up having an issue with an item.

After never receiving a shipping notification and contacting them they told me I was still within 10 days although I had pointed out it was the 14th business day. Finally receive the dresses and they were the poorest quality not worth the time I took to write this review. After days of waiting on a Reply about returning dresses I received a rude response that sales were final. Stay far away there are much better places to spend your money!

I used a promo code without noticing that it would be a final sale purchase. The promo code was for one dress, but it accidentally applied to all of the dresses which made then all not eligible for a return. I wouldn't have bought them if I would have known. The dresses were also uncomfortable and were cheaply made. Buyer Beware!!! Avoid Windsor at all costs!!!!
