Nous avons fait une réservation pour un tour à Victoria. Nous devions payer 308$ pour 2 personnes. Une fois que tout est terminé de réserver, nous avons reçu un message comme quoi finalement ça couterait 920$ pour les 2 personnes. Très décevant comme stratégie marketing.

Customer service is terrible. I found out from a local operator who called the likely operator for my tour reservation the next morning who reported they notified you that my tour was not available. This was at 530 the night before. Maybe you need more staff to support your brokerage service. I won't use again. Get Your Guide is a much better service.

Guy was asking money for some things that they are free and I know because I was there before. Give money for this and I told him no. I told him to take us at that location where they are going and I don’t want to pay for that (because I know it’s free). He said no. That is some special thing and I need to pay. I took Uber with my friend and all of them was there and paid him for something that was free. And later on he was asking for tips. I agree to give but he start asking for my son 2 years old to give I said no. And he start giving me to sign some papers that I don’t want. SCAMMERS. Like I am born yesterday. I should refuse to give to him too.

Booked me for 2 with Ganboatline, and they were already complete. We stayed an extra night in Gananoque for this cruise and had a lot of extra expenses (hotel, dinner, breakfast, lunch, gas) just to come back home in Tremblant, Quebec!!!

Service is awful. I was allowed to book airport transfers for travel even though they knew the shuttles would not be running until September. I still have a hold on the funds on my credit card. Additionally, I booked a Grand Canyon sunset tour and have yet to be informed as to wether that is happening or not and we travel tomorrow and the tour is scheduled for 7/30. All together I have 500.00 in tours booked through your company and the funds have yet to be released on my credit card and we have no transportation or tour. Terrible experience and I’ll make sure I share my experience.
