I have placed several orders and continue to be disappointed I. The photo quality. Photos look off and blurry. I wouldn't recommend using this company.

I've ordered from Tiny Prints many times, but this year, it is evident their quality has diminished greatly. I ordered paper liners for the envelopes, like I always do, and the adhesive strip on them is defective. You can't peel it up, without the liner coming up with it. They're shipping out another order of them, but now my cards won't arrive until after Christmas. Won't be ordering again

Holiday cards:
For the price point, the paper is terrible (it's coated, looks cheap, and the coating makes the ink coverage look spotty); the pre-printed envelopes look like they were printed on someone's home ink jet printer; and the photos (although the file was high enough resolution to be printed on a bill board) are grainy and look low-resolution. I also order lined envelopes, or so I thought. What arrived were separate envelope liners that I have to stuff into the envelopes myself. The liners adhere to the envelopes using a protected adhesive strip, which have successfully ruined the liners 100% of the time upon removal (see image).
I will never order from Shutterfly or Tiny Prints again. Simply to Impress was MUCH better last year. Going back to them in 2021!

The order never went out. I ordered my cards on 11/30 and still haven't been processed.
A lot of time, money and effort wasted. First year I won't be sending Christmas cards ever

Wow - it took me 3 1/2 hours to order xmas cards - between issues with the lists (I don't want to go into everything that went on there and calls not returned etc). The customer service people are not trained.
I was told that the tiny prints card I was ordering would qualify for the 50% shutterfly discount but then 0% discount showed up b/c it was Tiny prints. It took me two more calls and another 1 hour and 15 minutes to get 40% off. The customer service people were very flip on the phone.
I won't be using them next year. Too bad.

This year, I had 2 orders that I paid extra for rush delivery. Both times, they did not meet the "guaranteed" delivery date.

I have been using Tony Prints since they began and after this year I will never use them again and will recommend that no one else does. They took an extra 2 weeks with my holiday cards that were supposed to be rushed and then the customer service was terrible. Had to cancel my order b/c it wasn't going to make it before we left town. They didn't care.

Sadly after using tiny prints for years the quality has been eroding each year. This year, the quality of the printing was so low the cards will be going in the trash, not the mail. Hoping to get a refund. No Christmas cards for us this year :-(

I have used Tiny Prints since 2009 for Christmas, HS graduation parties and an Eagle Scout celebration, but no more... It started last Christmas when talking to a Shutterfly representative that didn't understand me nor me her. It was very frustrating unlike in the past when I was able to communicate directly with a Tiny Prints design person when making changes. But I decided to gave it another try this year. To my dismay, things were still bad. They have design limitations of only 2 corrections, this I found out when I needed one more thing done for clarity, but it was too late. I was also upset with the late delivery of our Christmas cards. I ordered on Dec 8th and didn't receive them until December 21st. All this time their ad on the website was offering 3 day turnaround timing. I'm sad to say that I'm done with the new and definitely not improved Tiny Prints since taken over by Shutterfly. Bigger is not always better.

Unfortunately Shutterfly has ruined Tiny Prints which was my go-to holiday card supplier. Customer service is abmissmal. Cards will be late. I paid to have the cards mailed directly to recipients only to find out they'll arrive over a week after I get the cards being delivered to myself. Customer service could not help me change the delivery options so I could just receive all the cards. Chat is not available (during busiest season), phone service times are limited, I waited over 30 minutes to talk to someone in another country who couldn't help me at all.

We've used Tinyprints for years for quality holiday cards. No more. The website is a total
sh*tshow no that Shutterfly has taken over. It was the most frustrating, unintuitive processes. We will not be coming back next year--or ever.

They had a big 50% off Christmas cards and free shipping promotion, and shipped the product right away -- but to save money on shipping, they used a UPS Surepost service.
Took 3 weeks to arrive, which was a day before Christmas. I was gone already for the vacation and came back in early January to find the box at my front door.
I cannot send those cards, it's too late, and the quality of the photo was not even worth sending 2 weeks after Christmas. The orange box full of cards is still sitting on my kitchen counter and make me sad every time I see it.

Spoke with a manager named Janis who was rude and not helpful at all! I ordered prints and holiday cards in one order and only wanted to cancel the holiday cards which had NOT been printed yet. They said because its all in one order i cannot cancel but I can return the cards (and I pay for shipping) once they come. So insane that they wont cancel when the cards are not even printed yet! Furious and will not use them again!

I placed my holiday card order yesterday, with a 25% off code and today received a coupon in the mail for 40% off, plus ten cards free. I called to ask for a price adjustment and they refused. It hadn't even been 24 hours since I placed my order. Moreover, I've been using them for cards, calendars, etc. since my son was born (which the associate I spoke with was able to see on her end). Many retailers offer price adjustments when products go on sale within a period after the initial purchase, so this was not some left field request. They have lost my business; there are too many other options; perhaps another company will be less short sighted and appreciate the importance of maintaining regular customers.

Hello,
I called customer service a few days ago with questions regarding the wedding cards I was attempting to order. A customer service representative by the name of Samara, not only navigated me through the site but informed me how to change colors, fonts, where to find offers, how and where to request the quick shipping (fasting shipping) and information on how to ask the designer for minor changes. She was extremely efficient, professional, knowledgeable, competent and friendly. Like I stated to her, I am extremely stress prone so to have such a pleasant experience and smoother process with ordering my wedding invites, that call truly made my week!
I will be referring any and all contacts to order from this company, as she was just so helpful and resolved all my issues.

I had a rush order that I needed done, like yesterday! We had to move my sister's baby shower date up due to the fact they will be moving at the last minute, OUT of state....and I needed to get out the invites ASAP in order to get the shower done prior to their move! I compared several sites and was able to get Tiny Prints the absolute quickest! I paid for a little extra for the rush but I couldn't be happier! I got the cutest invitations and the absolute best and quickest service possible! Thanks Tiny Prints... you ROCK! My only suggestion, not complaint but suggestion...is you guys need more options to choose from! Other than that... fantastic job! Thank you so much!!!

The company has decided their profit margins are not high enough so they are firing over half of their staff and closing most of the brands.

For 4 times the price of any other card company, I would expect perfection. My labels arrived past the guaranteed delivery date, leading to me unable to even use them. When I asked for a refund, they denied me and said I would have to send them back in order to be considered for a refund. Inconvenience #2 for the customer due to YOUR error? I will never use them again, nor should you.

I've ordered my Christmas cards using Tiny Prints for several years. This year will be my last. I ordered my Christmas card just after Thanksgiving and had them mailed by Tiny Prints. The order process was somewhat painful. You can't have TP mail your cards unless you don't order a liner for the envelope. Since there is nothing on the website saying this, it took me several tries to figure it out. I then spent a half-hour trying to get the site to mail only to some people on my address list. I never did figure that out so I deleted the addresses. The order was finally submitted and was to be delivered in the following week. It was substantially delayed but finally was sent out. Then, a week later, TP sent someone else's card to everyone on my list. Hoping to save this other hapless customer from not having their card delivered at all, I emailed TP customer service about it. Several days later I received an email back from someone who did not appear to have actually read my email asking if I wanted my order redelivered. I gave up. Then TP sent a second round of my card to everyone on my list. So, I called TP to try to get them to just STOP mailing things to my address list. I have been on hold for 64 minutes so far. Wish me luck and may you learn from my mistakes.

When we were ordering, it said we would get our order by 12/9. When we completed our order, it said 12/13. Today is 12/15. Their on-line support still says the order is printing with a 12/13 deadline. Sent an email yesterday with no response. Have been on hold with customer service for 45+ mins. They are ruining our Christmas. Does anyone know what's going on? Aha, just spoke to Vicki who explained that a machine had broken down and was causing all the issues. She was nice and worked on a workaround (we are getting the cards without the return address printed envelopes, as the machine which does that is busted). Would have been nice to have this info on the website or get an email. I appreciate Vicki's help. She was nice, courteous, empathetic and (hopefully) helpful...will be satisfied when the cards actually get here vs. a promise on a phone, but for now that's all I got. All I can say is the rest of this company could take some lessons in customer service. This has been pretty dismal!

WOW!!! Cannot believe all of the negative reviews! I was nothing but pleased with their service. I ordered my daughter's twin baby shower invitations a month, prior to her shower date. The personalized invitations were flawless, and very professional looking. I ordered them January 4, 2017. Estimated delivery date was January 11, or 12. They arrived three days earlier, January 8. BOOM!!! Her shower date was February 11. I was so happy! I was able to get them mailed out in plenty of time. Cuddos to you TinyPrints! I'll order again, and have told my friends, and others as well of your excellent service. Everyone loved the invitations, and that they received them in plenty of time to RSVP.

WORST experience ever!! I ordered my cards on 11/28 with a guaranteed delivery date of 12/12. On 12/8 I noticed my order still showed in "printing" status, so I emailed customer service for an update, and that I was concerned about not getting my order in time. They reassured me that I would have my order no later than the 12th. On the 10th my order showed shipped, but then I received an email on 12/12 that my order had been delayed. I immediately emailed them up, only to learn that they have never even been printed yet and they couldn't guarantee delivery before Christmas. I canceled my order and that same day, they emailed me again letting me know that if I would like to reinstate my order and pay for their new adjusted price, that they would have it to me by the 15th. Stupid me said go for it, and after my card was charged, I received an email on the 14th that my order was delayed AGAIN. I obviously canceled, again, and will NEVER use this company. Stay clear of Tiny Prints. They will only disappoint.

Just adding my name to the long list of customers that did not receive their cards when they were promised! I also paid $25 for expedited shipping and told they would arrive by Dec. 9. It is now Dec 11 and no cards. I called and they tried to blame it on UPS. UPS was showing they did not even receive the cards from Tiny Prints until 12/9 (the day I was suppose to get them!). I did not get any notification from them that my cards would be delayed. Do NOT use them!!

(They don't deserve a 1 but there is no 0 option!) Short of writing a book, I will just "ditto" what everyone else has said here.
Three times I've waited more than 80 minutes to speak to a customer service agent. The "agents" are a joke. They could care less. I, too, paid extra for
expedited delivery as many of our cards are sent overseas. My Christmas cards are two weeks late and they are hung up in "printing" status and have not moved from there. No one can give me an answer. I truly don't believe the "customer service agents" are even connected to the company. Not once have they even said they were sorry. All they can say is when they will be delivered and then the delivery date comes and goes and no cards!
Today, 12/15 their phone system is now turned off and their live-chat has been disconnected. The Better Business Bureau is next to hear from me.
This is outrageous.
DO NOT give your money to this company. They are robbing people blind and clearly I am not an isolated case.

I ordered Invitations to a Formal 25 Year Company Anniversary party, over a month ago and still do not have them. I also paid for Expedited Delivery and was supposed to have the Invitations with custom envelopes the first week of December for the event in Mid January. I am supposed to have my RSVPs in to the Banquet Hall for headcount and so I can final pay my bill by December 30th. But I still don't even have the Invitations to mail out in order to get my RSVP's at this rate after spending nearly $20k on the event, nobody will be able to attend because nobody has gotten an invitation because I still don't have them! I have called and called and have been promised them by the next day three times now and still don't have them. If you are thinking about placing an order with Tiny Prints, don't waste your time and aggravation and move on to a more reputable company. The positive reviews on this site we obviously posted by the people at Tiny Prints in a feeble effort to make themselves look like that can actually get something right from time to time! Don't believe it! This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had and has cost me way more than they could ever repay. Thanks for ruining this event for us Tiny Prints! You truly are a horrible company and a great example of everything that is wrong with America.
