I ordered from websight SALECB the 14 piece set of Dewalt tools for 69.95 , free shipping in December 2019 for a Christmas gift, websight says 1-2 week shipping they sent a tracking number and what they did send is a fake knock off pair of Rayban sunglasses according to tracking number , I have emailed 50 times and got "oh it got lost in mail, :Oh we will send out another, oh how about a 60 dollar credit to one of the websights they tried to throw at me, I said NO! i want my order it is still listed on thier websight. then they said they will get me a new tracking number, and then said "oh got lost in mail again, over and over again, Yes, may be 69. dollars still the point you advertise and steal peoples money, They need to be investigated and shut down

I ordered a 14 peice dewalt tool kit in December of 2019. The product was lost in shipping. They kept feeding me tracking numbers and its march now. I've made it perfectly clear that I want the money refunded. They ignored my request and tried offering me products of equal value but there was no customer service through the whole process so I my mind was made up about February 13th. They still haven't given me my refund and I have proof they took the payment from my account, receipts for the order and emails to back up the whole account.
