Payroll Scam (Again)
After several arguments with the company demanding payment for services already rendered, the company again gives my another (C/B) Chargeback for a grass cut I did a great job on. I did exactly as they asked me to do. Then they asked me did I get a POC (Point of Contact) for following the immediate directions at the time while at property. I would have gotten paid $38 for the grass cut, but got a chargeback $250 which is 3 months of grass cut for the property. Do they get three months grass cuts for free at this property. This company is a complete fraud. I have the photos to prove a did a really good job at this property. It's a good thing I know other ways of getting my money back from this theives.

Scammed Contractor out of money after services were already rendered.
After Contractor was expressly warned not to complete services for this company, the Contractor went ahead and performed services for 5 months. During this time, everything went well until Safeguard demanded Contractor to obtain one of three specific insurance companies authorized by Safeguard Properties. Contractor stated they have proper insurance for the industry which has been previously accepted by Safeguard. Since Safeguard has had issues getting paid for fraudulent claims, Safeguard found their specific insurance companies are much easier to get paid for these fraudulent claims. No claim was ever brought against this specific Contractor. After Contractor stated they did not have the funds to purchase the additional insurance due to slow payables by Safeguard, Safeguard started to remove assignments and re-assign to another Contractor further reducing funds. Several recent assignments completed by this specific Contractor, Safeguard stated they will not pay for services already rendered because of a missing photos support a ruler showing the grass height after the grass was already cut.
Any Contractor nation-wide who chooses to perform services for Safeguard Properties, don't say you were not pre-warned to stay away. Contractor does plan to file liens against property. If Contractors insist on performing services for Safeguard Properties, you deserve what you get just like this company who was warned to stay way.

Scam Alerts-see all previous postings
On 03.20.2014, [email address omitted by ScamGuard] received an email from a Contractor who works for a Management Contractor of Safeguard Properties. These reports are being filed by Matthew Close with National Fraud Alerts a.k.a. www.nationalfraudalerts.com. My apologies goes out to the sub-Contractor who shares my name but not same spelling. Safeguard contacted this individual directly over this posting to resolve the issue related to this posting and stated they would wait to hear back from me. If any employee of Safeguard Properties wishes to contact Matthew Close with National Fraud Alerts, please email me directly at the email address above.
Again, my posting is correct and I stand behind my statements. I will again post another scam related to this topic to either enforce Safeguard Properties to stop enforcing Contractors to purchase their monopolizing insurance company and enforce free and open enterprise. Safeguard already knows they are under the gun and may be loosing they're property portfolios due to the amount of fraud and scam filings against them.
I'll make this simple. Safeguard is getting nervous. Do not work for this company. They do not know how to respect their Contractors for enforce free open business enterprise based on the insurance mandates. Safeguard has the right to do business with who they wish and Contractor can retain the right not to work for Safeguard, however, in the event Contractors have been contracted with Safeguard for a period of time without problems, why change the rules in the middle of a Contract. There is a specific reason Safeguard is enforcing the insurance mandates, Safeguard cannot get honest legitimate insurance companies to pay up of fraudulent claims. Insurance companies outside Safeguard realm enforce Safeguard to show proof of why the claims need to be paid. Safeguard does not want the challenge, hence the new mandate to purchase they're mandated insurance.

Promoting insurance enforcement scam
Safeguard made it a point within the past 6 months enforcing Contractor to purchase business liability and errors and omissions insurance from one of three individual insurance careers. Safeguard stated they have had a hard time in the past getting paid from the insurance companies when a Contractor makes a mistake. Accordingly, apparently these three insurance companies make payable to Safeguard Properties at the drop of a hat even if it's not the contractor's fault further increasing the premiums towards the Contractor. It has been said, Safeguard Properties has lost much of their real estate portfolios to other national management companies. it stands to reason Safeguard Properties may be tried to get caught up on lost revenue through the Contractors. Numerous Contractors stated they did not want to leave their current insurance which is valid business liability insurance. Safeguard states Contractors have up to a small amount of limited time to gain this insurance at who they chose to accept. This make insurance less competitive. Additionally, there may be fraud involved in this business activity. Safeguard may be getting kick-backs from these insurance companies they are forcing Contractors to purchase. DO NOT TRUST SAFEGUARD PROPERTIES OR THESE INSURANCE COMPANIES. He is the three insurance companies::
