15 days to make 1000 business cards and not done yet. The worst customer service, they hang out on you, cut the chat on you when you ask to cancel your order since they couldn't deliver on time promised.
I am still waiting for my order. Don't use them, you will have high blood pressure dealing with this kind of people.

I ordered a set of 250 Business cards in which the background of the card was black with white fonts. When I received the cards the fonts were an eggshell color which didn't match my design. Customer service stated that I need to take 50 photos of each set... I'm I the customer or printer proofer? I will never use this company again. I will write a review on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram about experiences.

I literally had all of our business cards for a 32 people at 500 a person printed with this company. They were inconsistent with quality. There is a yellow tint to most of them, and the Spot UV is blurry and YELLOW! Do you even know how hard it is to get a refund through them? No, because most people give up trying. If you want quality and fairness... go somewhere else!

Customer Service is Horrible! Can't make a decision and refuses to resolve this easily by reprinting and reshipping! IT was $116. A job that they are kibbling over re-printing because the investigation from their shipping vendor has not come back yet! If I could review a Zero stars I would! BEen using Overnight prints for years and this is the first time I have had such a horrible experience. Doubt I will ever return or refer anyone else to this company.

Our company ordered 1,500 cards greeting cards for Christmas, and use their mailing services we purchased last Dec. 11,2020. The transaction was smooth and we paid on time. Overnight prints promised that the cards will be shipped out, before December 25,2020 and will also be received the customers by then. We keep on tracking our order thru their website and it was not even updated.we understand if they have a lot of orders but they're still taking people's money with the understanding they're likely to get their orders quickly. They don't even seem to be using the extra shipping cost towards expedited shipping which is incredibly dishonest. They shipped out the cards just today, January 06,2020 and IT IS ALREADY LATE! We asked for a refund, but they didn't allowed. Disappointed, and wasn't happy about the wasted time, energy, and cost. Will not order again with this company!

Worst print provider I've seen in over 35 years of professional art direction and print design.
Zero production answers, non delivery, and non existent customer service. 3 weeks and counting for a small, simple job. I've requested a refund and cancellation but was refused. Beware, I can only assume this is a cut rate print broker who holds no weight with actual production. After a "partial" shipment for a tiny press run of 100 was allegedly shipped, we still have nothing.

BUYER BEWARE - Smudge easily, same quality as an at home Avery sheet label on personal printer, all stickers came with cropped top and bottom after proof showed correct print. They will NOT REFUND a single cent on this order, so now my business is stuck with an order that I will be throwing away and reordering at a loss from somewhere else.

The process of creating a standard and attractive business card yourself is intuitively set up, fast and simple. Overight doesn't ship to po boxes and doesn't let you know until you're checking out. Working around that obstacle at the end was time consuming as I had to re-enter the card number again, and again once more because I left a field open, and had to re-enter again for something else. I'll opt to let my browser remember the number for now on :) Otherwise, the whole thing is very streamlined and a pleasure to use.

There was major problems on your end with the art looking lo-res. and the greeting card templates all show up at the wrong sizes. I sat on the phone for an hour before being told to send an email to the design team. They fixed most of the problems but then never responded back with my questions about the greeting card template. I sent 4 emails without a response. I finally used the wrong template with the wrong sizes to get the right outcome. What's going on over there?!

Shipping at checkout was very confusing. There is obviously a glitch - for slower shipping it charges a lot extra, and for fastest - $3-$6. If it's add-on - how I was explained in a very un-polite conversation with Sam from customer service - it needs to be set up differently and more clear. I've been using overnight prints for 7+ years now and this is the first time it's so confusing. Very sad.

It was easy to design the card and good prices, and good options for shipping. But, my cards showed up in someone else's shipment. Then I got another set delivered to my home. We had sent money to the first recipient so they could reship them to us, not realizing that the order had been re-made and re-shipped. Stuff happens, but it was not very convenient.
They do look great, though.

This company is terrible. They never deliver the booklets on time even if you pay the expedited shipping and even when you do finally get your products the color is never the same, especially if it is a large order. I placed an order an order last month and it still shows my order in production. Every time I call to get an update on the status of my order, I get eh runaround. I do not recommend using this company for any printing needs, especially fi you have any sort of deadline.

Unfortunately these did not arrive in time. I chatted and called a few times and they said there was production delays. I did not make it for our graduation ceremony. One of the chat people said that I would be reimbursed for the shipping on my next order. I did not receive that refund on the two orders I just made. I love overnight prints, I've used you for over 10 years. to spend me out a little bit not to see you live up to your promise.

I've used this company for a while and the quality of their business cards has decreased in the past year. I have reached out trying to get replacements for some and I am told there will be a replacement coming and never receive it. One of my orders was a total mess, the cuts were so off and the color looked so washed off. Their customer service is pretty awful. A year ago, I would recommend this company to everyone I knew that is not the case today.

Overnight prints should mean overnight prints. Not, we can send it to you overnight but that will be another $50! It's just ridiculous. Shipping does not cost that much, especially for 2 or 3 day delivery. I know its a way for OP to up sell and motivate people to pay more, but it's just too much. I will check other companies now when OP used to be my go to for business cards. For many years.

As mentioned before, I was worried due to the negative comments I saw online, but took a chance anyway because it was the most cost effective option for me. Everything went better than expected. They processed and shipped to me quickly and it came a day before the original estimated delivery date (even with all the coronavirus craziness happening all over)! The quality of the postcards were great too so I was very happy with my purchase.

Obviously misprinted businesses cards and after back and forth emailing they said its less than 1/16 inch off (it was definitely more) they won't be fixing the problem. No reprinting and no refunding. I spent over $100 on 250 cards and they look like crap! They even admitted to seeing the defect: "We can see the issue that you mention but it is still within the limits." WOW!!
I've used them multiple times and suggested them to others but their customer service is terrible and as a "gold member" I'll never spend another cent there. Terrible!
Very telling that they don't let you write reviews on their Facebook.

I'm pretty happy with everything. The only thing I didn't love was that the price for my cards ended up being a lot more than the promotion led me to believe it would be. I realize it isn't "bait and switch" and that I did choose additional options but, it didn't really feel like those options justified the price difference between the promotional rate and what I ended up paying.

The interface is user friendly and the price is extremely reasonable. the only two things that kept it from getting 5 stars is: 1) kept getting an error message when trying to proceed without giving a reason why there was one. made it difficult to maintain my design. 2) the discount bubble popped between 1000-2000 cards ordered. it cost more to order 2000 once then it would to order 1000 twice.

The overall experience on the website is fine, but the customer service has gone way down hill. I have used Overnight prints for almost 15 years and in this last year, I have had to call customer service 3 times in the last 3 months and not only were they useless to talk to, but sent out confusing and contradicting email instructions. I am at the 3 strikes your out mentality and so far you have 2 strikes.

Very disappointed in the $11.59 shipping and processing fee. I would have never chosen your company if I knew you were going to bait with a sale and then tack on a price more than the discount. Outrageous. Next time I will go back to VistaPrint. You only got my sale because I spent a lot of time on the layout. Unless something is done, I will not be a return customer.
