Very good experience with Katie our sales consultant. Can't say enough about her going the extra mile to provide great service ! We had new vinyl and carpeting installed just before Christmas. Our vinyl installer was Eric and he was very fussy about details except that he neglected to remove some glue that ran down the inside of the heat register and smelled. Max and Pedro installed the carpeting in 2 bedrooms, living room and dining room. They were very professional except for the cleanup at the end of the job. They swept pieces of old rebond pad, staples and carpet fibers into the heat registers that we had just had cleaned out in July when we got a new furnace ! Small details do make a difference ! Positive note-they moved our heavy furniture effortlessly with some gliders.

I will be referring my friends! Customer service was great, installers worked fast and efficient and the product is great! pricing was higher than other places but we live in the boonies and O'brians were the only ones willing to come out to us for a small trip fee, and their pricing was all inclusive so there wasn't any hidden fees. it was a simple transaction and all of that made the price worth it!

Angelo was very knowledgeable and discussed options for carpets. Pedro and his helper did a fantastic job on our entire upstairs - 3BR, hall, living and dining room. They worked so hard and finished in a day. They were neat and polite, vacuumed when done. There was one 6" spot that came unstuck from the nails (probably from moving in 3 dressers right next to it. Daniel came out and fixed it in no time.

O'Briens Carpet One installed my hardwood floors and carpet in my house in 2007 and both looked great at the time and the installers were incredibly professional. Now a decade later, I returned to O'Briens Carpet One to have them install new carpet in my basement, upstairs bedrooms, and living room. I trust O'Briens Carpet One, they have a great selection of flooring options that are competitively priced, their staff and installers are incredibly professional, and the job is never done until the client is satisfied. Additionally, they have always left the site (my home) clean upon completion of the job. I recommend them and will return to them in the future for my flooring needs.

This is our second experience with O'Briens Carpet One and it was the same as the first. EXCELLENT ALL AROUND. The people are so friendly, helpful and experienced. If the staff at the store were as well versed in their products and personable as the carpet installers, this would have been a much better experience. The carpet was finally installed however the carpet itself was not what was sold; it shows every step which we were told it would not, it also has constant fibers that appear and have to be picked up or vacuumed.

We've gone back to O'Briens a couple of times over the years. Unlike the big box places, they have a close connection with their suppliers and installers so the job is managed properly from beginning to end. Anna, our sales person, made sure to stay on top of a back order such that I got upgraded by the manufacturer. Donnie, the installer, did a gorgeous job on a tough (117 year old) house. I'd recommend them to anyone!

We used O'Brien's carpet 21 years ago and went back to them to completely re-floor our home again. Brenda was incredibly helpful in matching colors and tastes that would best match our needs in our home. What a selection they have. The installers were courteous, neat and efficient. They arrived on time and worked. If there was a question or problem that I had they immediately solved or answered it. Thank you once again O'Brien's for beautiful flooring.

O'Briens installed Luxury Plank Vinyl in most of my house, and now carpeting on the stairs, landing and hall. My next project will be the bathroom floors. Of course I will go to O'Briens. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Quality at a reasonable price and excellent customer service.
