I’m so happy I decided to get my glasses from mad about specs, I tried 4 pairs at home and then ordered the ones I wanted, it was so easy and I love my new glasses so much! I highly recommend! I also got 50% for my first order so they where so affordable! Will definitely be getting my glasses here forever.

I bought the blue Lamacq (as in Steve?) glasses and they look great. Customer service was fantastic and love the ochre box they arrived in - definitely recommended and am doing so to all glasses wearers I know.

Really not very pleased with the lenses I love the frames however I don’t feel that they are the right prescription as I am squinting when wearing them . I wouldn’t order on line again as I don’t feel the glasses are a true reflection of the prescription.

I ordered the glasses I wanted to try on, I got opinions from the friends and then ordered the ones I needed. They took a bit longer then I would have liked but I felt the customer service was responsive when I asked about timeline. So far I really like my new varifocals although they are making me feel old. Nothing that mas can do about that!!

The glasses are great, despite the whole process being online, I had loads of help from their amazing customer service whilst making my order. The “home trial” is brilliant idea and I chose four glasses to try at home and I sent them back a couple of days later and bought 2 once I knew how they looked. Their team were quick to respond to any queries I had and I loved both of my lenses! Arrived in less than a week and I’m very happy with them.

I used their trial plan to test out frame shapes I'd never had before. They arrived very quickly and I ended up ordering 2 pairs.
The customer service was great. Very friendly and helpful and the glasses arrived within 2 weeks of placing the order. Great thing is they arrived in cute protective boxes covering the spec cases. I didn't get this when I brought a pair from another online competitor and as a result those cases arrived bashed and worse for wear.
Very pleased with my frames. They have a good selection.
I would recommend them and will be purchasing from MAS again.

I was a bit worried about ordering specs on-line, as have always purchased glasses in person, where I could try them on . But with recent epidemic, and in need of new glasses I decided to order online. I prefer rimless specs, and that's what I went for after reading reviews about MadAboutSpecs. And the discount I was sent definitely helped 😁. As my choosen glasses are rimless they took a bit longer to make, but the company kept me informed and were polite and patient with my enquiries. Once I received my glasses, and they came well packaged, I was very happy with style and look of them. My only negative with the experience of purchasing on-line, would be that, the specs can't be adjusted to my face. Currently they slip off my face when I bend down my head eg to pick up something. It will, I guess, be sorted when the high street optician open.
