This review is for location in Winston Salem, NC. Absolutely worst experience imaginable. Overspray in over 40 locations. Trash in paint in 12 locations. Dented roof of vehicle. Missing body parts on pick-up with no remorse or offer to resolve. I have extensive before and after pictures taken IN THEIR PARKING LOT. After 4 months the paint is already peeling off. Do not EVER consider this location for any body or paint work.

Wife backed in to the mailbox scratched the paint and put a little dent in the bed. When it was done I looked at the work, clear coated the TRD decals over spray paint under the wheel well miss paint spots. The mgr said that he would repaint it was poor quality. Brought it back to have it repainted he had it for a week turn out worse the second repair. The mgr kept offering me a veterans discount Charged $648.25. Brought my truck to a credible body and paint company, it will cost me $1009.10 to correct the poor paint job.

They do not clean or sand your car before painting it. We had one done years ago, And we refused to pay, They blocked our car in so we couldn't take it. It was an El Camino And there was painted dirt and other things in the back, It was a mess.

Killeen Maaco. Breaks promises on when finished. Lack of attention to details overspray, poor masking color bleeding. I even had in writing and payed for the service to look for flaws and instructed them to call me. I came in whole car was painted guess what many flaws and some visible dents. The show foreman even said everything is good then it was painted i was pissed

Update: contacted corporate office and spoke to a Shimeka and they stated that the ONLY thing they do is act as a mediator. She stated she reached out to the location and they won't give a refund and they KNOW they didn't fix my car. I WILL be sueing!!! If anyone has any connection with the NEWS please let me know. People needs to know nationwide how Maaco treats their customers and corporate person Shimeka was very rude and ghetto! She hung up in my face and kept interrupting me while I was talking. They said someone would call me but she NEVER called me ...in fact I called her 7 times before she actually called me back. I was just going after what they were paid, my tires, and rental fees but NOW IMA add lawyer fees and emotional distress. They have me in an unsafe vehicle and I want EVERYTHING I'm owed!!! I want to make sure EVERYONE knows how they do business and how they take care of their customers.
Update: I just left from up there and the old white guy is so unprofessional, he started screaming " I read your review and this WHITE guy is NOT doing anything for your BLACK ass!!!" He did not honor the 5 year warranty that I have on my Car and it hasn't been a week. He is a crook and he is racist. I recorded the WHOLE thing if u want to hear it reply to this message and I will let u see for yourself the kind of person they have running this business. I am talking to a lawyer now and he advised me to go try to get them to work on it and when he refused it was all I needed. I am going back to the lawyer tomorrow because he had cases this evening. If u need to sue them, reply to this message and I will let u know who I am using.
Maaco them will STEAL things off your vehicle!!!! They are thieves and will NOT fix your car right!!! I called them and the OLD white guy had an attitude because i was asking questions. Hes very unprofessional and hung up on me all because I am black! I had some work done after I got hit. To start off, they put all OLD parts on a NEW vehicle, my car needs an alignment,they didn't put my wheel sensors back on, my cruise control isn't working, body frame is messed up and they didn't put it back together correctly, they took they chrome piece by headlights on bumper, they didn't put all the screws in my door, they left my bumper still hanging, I went to another body shop to get the alignment and they couldn't do it because on the machine it said rack n pinion, I am highly upset on how they handled this. My car is pulling and everything was supposed to be done when I left the car shop. I had several people tested it, and they said I should sue the body shop. I am talking to a couple of them, because I actually called them to let them know what was going on and they said they were going to call me back...they haven't called back and its been a week. Why would they treat someone like that. The body shop I took it to stater they look at the bottom and see that they took the piece off the bumper. They are some thrives and they have me driving an unsafe vehicle. Plus , they had dents all in my car even on the side that did not get hit!!!!!
