This site is amazing! So many shoes to select from. I was looking for sandals, cute ones lol. Bought two and I love them. They are so comfortable. Just came today earlier than what the 1st expected delivery time said. If I could give one suggestion, it would be to find away to lower the shipping cost. It was almost as much as my shoes. Other then that, love the site!

They don't send you a confirmation number at all. Plus when I ordered it through PayPal their website froze and it told me the payment never went through but when I went onto my bank account it said they did receive the money. I looked up the items on my Lolliculture account it said they received the payment. Anyway it's been a month and no items have been shipped out to me. I glad I went through PayPal though.Oh and by the way they do not answer phone calls and emails. So don't even bother with that. Someone needs to really shut this company down because people are losing their money and it's fraud.

Do not waste your money or time ordering from this company they take a very long time to deliver your merchandise the customer service is awful they do not answer the phones.
I used to order from them before and although they took a long time I will receive my products I don't know what happened now but I ordered a few things and I still haven't received my product and that was two months ago

I have ordered from lollicouture a few times as far back at 2015, my last order was 1/28/18 and I have had no problems at all UNTIL NOW!! I placed my order on 4/4/19 and I have not gotten it yet despite their shipping policy clearly stating it should have shipped by now; I understand things happen and there are delays, but I have emailed you and gotten no response and this is not acceptable at all!!!

I am waiting on hold right now to get an update on my order as I have emailed you now 3 times and gotten no responses.

Placed an order before they opened on a Wednesday and here it is 4 business days later and can not get any information on my order. Sent an email and they sent me someone elses shipping usps number. Tried calling them several times and sat on automated hold over two hours. Their invoice says all orders ship in 24 hours and if placed by 2pm pst would ship the sameday. When calling them the invoice says customer service available 8am to 5pm pst but when you call it says 10am to 5pm pst. So in my opinion their customer service SUCKS hence 1 star. It will be my last order with them.

Okay i literally don't know what any of these people are talking about cause i love this site. The first time i used it like 3 years ago i was a little upset because i was expecting a fast shipment but it took about 6-9 business days. Then later i came to realize that on the site it actually tells you that some of the products they have come from an outside vendor which they wait till they get to send out your order all together and this is what causes the delay. After understanding that I've never stopped using the site. Love how they tell you the size of the model so you can compare more less to your size. I give this site a 4/5 and not a 5/5 because they could improve on telling you on the spot if something is back ordered instead of telling you once you when you get your order in the invoice. They refund in literally like 2 days so don't let that scare you.

As a person who shops 80% of the time online, I got had this time. I ordered 3 pair of shoes January 2017,called several times different lies every time. I have never experienced the ridiculous customers service and mistreatment of customers in my life they are horrible. March,May and August got email your order is being shipped. It's August 26,2017 still no package. Save your money,time and frustration. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST IN ONLINE SHOPPING.PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I ordered a romper from this website over 2 months ago it took them over a week to respond back to my email. All they said was my order was sent but it got lost, they encouraged me to search for another item but all I wanted was my money back, they would only give me store credit. I always order 10 or more items from LolliCouture and I'm always missing 2 or 3 items which I paid for. No store credit or refund. One time they sent me wrong items and I emailed them about the problem. They told me to send a picture and they never responded back. I don't understand why it's so hard for them to get people's order right. I never write reviews but this company is horrible and it sucks cause i do love some of the clothes I purchased from them.

I placed an order that arrived with missing items and a notation that I would be credited the difference. When I called to inquire about the credit I was told one of the item was just on back order and the other had been sent and received. I also received the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
Where does this company find its employees? This was my second time dealing with the "customer service" department and this experience was as bad as the first. There was never an attempt to listen, accommodate, or even satisfy me as a customer. The individual who replied to my email was rude, unprofessional, and would not even given me their name or employee number. (Or any means to escalate further.) I do NOT recommend this company at all!

Please do not even waste your time ordering from this company. I ordered from them 20 days ago and I only got part of my order. I had to email them to find out when would I receive the other part of my order, as they begin to tell me the item is no longer listed and that I could only get the sale price for the item that I paid full price for!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Absolutely terrible!!!! I ordered a pair of boots and when I received them they were two different sizes and they were both left feet!!!! Really!! Then they had me send a request to a return dept that denied my return. How in the hell am I supposed to wear two freakin left shoes!!! Wont fix it, Wont refund it, Wont answer my emails or the phone for that matter. I may drive to Chino being as I only live two cities over!!!

I sent you all three fuqin request to return two items that were waaay too small, which let me know that you are not an American company!
You are an Asian company posing as if you are in the United States, which explain why it takes your packages two weeks to arrive EVEN AFTER YOU CHARGE your damn customers two day shipping.
If I have anything to do with it, I am going to make sure your company is on blast. I am starting with the media. No company should be allowed to take advantage of hard working and honest paying customers who utilize the internet for ordering. There has to be some law in place to stop this kinda bullshyt from azzholes such as Lollifuq'eupCouture!

Scam website. Send you things that look completely different than were pictured online. They make you "request" for returns only to make you wait a month for an email refusing the return, stating that they were "clearance" when they were regularly priced items on which a coupon code was used (NOT the same thing as clearance). Save your money, time, and stress...SHOP ELSEWHERE!!

This company is a joke!!! I order something the wrong size and sent it back. They stated they never rec'd it, however, I went to the UPS store and they gave me a print out of my package being rec'd by someone in there company. They keep giving me the run around since February and we are in May. I asked to speak to a manager and the guy transfers me to some lady who supposedly is the manager and once she was done talking to me she stated she would make sure to give it to her SUPERVISOR...now if your a manger aren't you above a supervisor. I knew she was not the manager just the way she was handling my situation... so let see... I am going on 3 mths just to get my refund on boots they lost in there company... wish me luck

I ordered some boots for my sisters wedding, forgot to include my apartment number on the shipping address and they were sent back. The wedding is in 2 weeks and they won't refund my purchase or send me another pair. The lady on the phone constantly interrupted me when I was trying to ask her questions about what we could do to get me the boots without having me to repurchase them, and when I asked to speak with someone else she refused. As a manager for a major retailer, I am extremely disgusted with the way I was spoken to and the fact that she wouldn't even consider what I was asking her. Absolutely terrible service.

The boots that I purchased were incredibly CHEAP. I tried them on and the floor alone scratched the entire bottom. I tried returning them because they were ugly and not what I was expecting and they accused me of "using" them and denied my return.

DO NOT order from this place! I ordered boots well over a month and a half ago, and after about 3 weeks of never receiving them, I sent an email. They never responded. I sent TWO more emails. No response! So I decide to message them on instagram, where someone actually answers me.....and it was so difficult to even get them to help me, because they would just tell me to call customer service or they would say they would check my order and then never did so I had to keep messaging them literally over and over until they finally decided to check my order and they tell me that my package got lost in the mail. The worst part is the person who's helping you barely speaks English so when they send messages, I can barely understand what they wrote me!! So they tell me that they can send me another pair of boots but by this time I was so done with them I told them I wanted a refund. They never answered. So I filed a complaint with PayPal and messaged them like 3 times telling them I want a refund and that I filed a complaint on PayPal. They finally answer me telling me they got my complaint and will give me my refund but they have the $#*!in nerve to tell me that if I never received my boots that I should have emailed them. I was like I EMAILED YOU THREE TIMES WITH NO ANSWER!!!! I HAD TO REACH YOU THROUGH $#*!IN INSTAGRAM!! Screw this place I will never order from here ever again!!!
