Different stories about how long the treatment would last, or be guaranteed for.
Different ideas about how to treat the ant problem. First attempt used spray designed for a variety of pests (we only had ants, which quickly overcame it).
High call-out charge alleviated slightly by the fact that they gave a second (gel) treatment under guarantee a few weeks after the first.
The gel is only effective for a short time and the ants returned the following season merrily eating their way through the gel, well within guarantee time we were told by some agents.
This was denied this year. Last year they failed to take me up on my offer to remove short skirting board so poison could be put in a safe (for us) place in the kitchen.
Since they failed, we have removed skirting board, and their semi-effective short-term gel, put powder down and achieved results as least as effective as theirs at a small fraction of the cost.

Eventually the wasps were eradicated, however it took a second visit to totally get rid of all the wasps. This was accomplished with powder and a "Bomb" in the attic. I believe all this could have been done on the first visit. Many thanks for eventually getting rid of the wasps.

Had a problem with wasps and hornets that were attracted to a tree by the sap it was extruding.I called JGE who arranged for a visit,by one of their local operatives,the next day.They also committed that if the procedure did not fully eliminate the problem they would,at my request,return and give it another attempt at no additional cost to me.The first "spraying"eliminated 95% of the problem,and the return visit finished off the issue perfectly.The man,Mr Ware,who did the work was very personable,explained what he was doing and could not have been more helpful.Communication with their central booking and payment offices were also very impressive.I am a very satisfied customer.

The whole process was handled well and I got a technician on site the next day (which was a Sunday!) who dealt with the wasps promptly and without fuss. Fingers crossed they are all gone but the guarantee helps!

I found these online , I had a wasp nest in my soffits . The guy rang before he arrived, had a look at a nest, suited up and sprayed some spray into entrance. Was told it would take about 5 days . Can't see any wasps so hopefully they have been killed .

Ben arrived as soon as humanly possible to exterminate a large wasps' nest under the eaves of our cottage. It was particul;arly urgent as my wife is allergic to wasp stings. After a brief discussion, where the likely aftermath was explained, Ben got on with the job and completed in rapidly. Although he'd said tthat some wasps might circulate for up to six hours, they were all gone within the hour, and we were able to return in safety. A most impressive and professional performance and a really friendly service. A free follow-up is promised in case success is not complete. Happily we didn't need this. Thank you!
