We ordered a peloton. They said it would be delivered on a certain day. We drove down to our new second home to receive it. The date of delivery came and went without any updated information from JB Hunt. When we called to ask where the bike was, we were told it didn't exist and was on back order. The customer service was unapologetic and frankly, atrocious. We canceled the order. Not worth dealing with at all, even if the Peloton is theoretically a decent product.

Unfortunately, I also had a bad experience receiving my Peloton. It was supposed to be delivered Oct 8th 8-12 time but somehow it did not get put on the truck when I called them at 12:00. They said there was nothing they could do to get it sooner. Rescheduled for Oct 14th and I was told I would be the first one with an 8-12 window. By 9:00 I called to find out where they were and somehow I was bumped to the 1-5. Luckily finally received it by 12:45. Also know they do not call you ahead of time. It says it on the email but it never happened. I had to call every time to find out what was going on. Completely missed up my days both time but I will say the actual guys that delivered it into my home were very helpful so I would give them 5 stars. Just be ready to have this same experience and then hopefully it won't happen to you.

I would give them a zero if I can. They gave you a four hours delivery window then it got delayed again and again. During your waiting time, nobody contacts you. You just hang there dry! At the end of day, the delivery never happened. Maybe I shouldn’t buy any appliances from Lowe’s anymore!

LESS THAN 1 STAR. ordered a peloton bike and unfortunately they utilize JB hunt for some of their out of city deliveries. Bike was ordered in the middle of August, JB Hunt called to set up a delivery time about a week after ordering. no problem, that was fine.
the soonest they could deliver was end of September but I know how busy it's been with Covid so I was happy to accept the delivery date/time. the day before my scheduled delivery, i called them just to confirm the bike delivery time since i had no email confirmation or confirmation number to verify and i wanted to be 100% sure. I took off work since someone has to be home for the delivery
I called JB hunt and they said that all was on schedule and that my bike would be delivered during the scheduled time frame.
a few hours later they called back and said they no longer could deliver the bike as planned and the soonest they could deliver it was now end of October a whole month after the planned delivery.
when discussing with the individual about the huge delay and wondering if there was any cancellation list I could be placed on for a possible earlier time, he told me i could just choose to not have it delivered at all if i wanted because no earlier date was possible. i'm sure he was busy and has little control over delayed deliveries but it was just so rude to hear that.
after discussing the issue with peloton, they refunded me some of the delivery fee for the inconvenience but unfortunately said there was nothing they could do for the delivery delay. if i had the choice i'd never use jb hunt ever. i won't be surprised if they call again and delay it even further past october.

There should be the option to give no stars at all.
I ordered a Peloton bike a month ago. Unfortunately, Peloton uses JB Hunt to deliver in WA. JB Hunt has scheduled my delivery twice now and canceled my delivery within the delivery window both times. I live on an island, which they cannot deliver to, so I drive 7hrs round trip and pay for a ferry to go pick up my bike from the scheduled delivery location. I contacted Peloton again regarding the ongoing issue of canceled deliveries. The Peloton rep reached out to JB Hunt who told her that the reason that my orders keep getting canceled is because my delivery is considered a distance delivery and they deliver to the nearest locations to their warehouse first, even if the orders come in after mine. JB Hunt also confirmed that they have had inventory at the time of scheduling but they have delivered my bikes to customers that live closer.
Will I ever receive my bike?
I am so disappointed and frustrated.

I had to deal with JB Hunt for a fridge delivery from Costco. They are a mess, all up. They are not able to deal with the workload that they take and they missed the delivery date by...A WEEK!
When the actual delivery day finally came, they gave me a 4 hour window for the delivery. 4 hours during a workday! People work, they don’t have the luxury to waste time waiting for JB Hunt to provide a decent service.
Unfortunately I don’t have the option not to use them in the future as they were contracted by Costco, but I already escalated with a manager a Costco the poor service that this delivery company provides. They should go with someone else who is actually able to deliver, on time and with a proper service.
