No contract between seller and the auction. No opportunity to protect own rights. As a result I never received payment for one of my items. Jasper52 made me ship the item and promised to make payout on the 13 November 2020. I contacted them several times but received no answer. They just took my money do not pay.
I contacted the manager Andrew Alonso directly though he was copied in my messages to the relevant staff like service and acountmanagement. Andrew only once since then answered like "Hi George,

No money, no response. Disghausting service.
Besides they twice reduced my reserve prices without my permission and tried to sell my stuff as cheap as possible.
They loose images and descriptions. They fail matching stuff with right image and description. THIS IS THE REALY WORST EXPERINCE EVER.
Their experts just offer to reduce prices.
They decline any descriptional information if their knowledge does not afford them understand the essence.

Jasper52 sells 100% fake modern replicas of ancient jewellery, and passes them off as the real thing. All of their ancient jewellery items are modern fakes made in Bulgaria and the Ukraine, that are then sent to the UK, Cyprus and other countries for "burial" to acquire fake patina. You only have to do a little research (and you don't have to be an expert) to see how easily distinguished Jasper52 items are from real ancient jewellery. Additionally, international laws on the trade of ancient cultural artefacts (including jewellery) mean that trading in these items without secure provenance and approval by national authorities, and a permit to exit the country of origin, is illegal. You should also ask yourself how they can have so many similar "rare" ancient items, why they are such odd and limited sizes and why they all have restored "gilded" surfaces, when most ancient jewellery didn't have this to start with. When you examine runic rings, the runes are either deliberately indecipherable, or turn out to be fake runes (a real giveaway). Almost all ancient jewellery being sold online is fake, and has been manufactured in the countries mentioned. Don't buy ancient jewellery from Jasper52 unless you can get it independently authenticated before you purchase.

Very happy with my purchase! Everything went smooth, from the purchase to the delivery. No worries when dealing with this seller. Some people worry about old and rare items being shipped becoming damaged or receiving them and not fully representing what was shown on line. My experience with this seller put aside my worries, not only did I receive my item undamaged and in a timely manner it fully met my expectations once in my hand. It is proudly displayed in my home in a frame and l look forward to purchase from this seller again in the future.
