Charged my card immediately and then disappeared. Never shipped, never responded to follow up calls or emails.

I ordered two items from this company (I live in Europe). I received an order confirmation and a thank-you-email within 24 hours. From then on they went silent and nobody answers the phone, but this could be because it was during December, where everything is chaos for everybody.
I have received my items today, safely packed, perfect condition, couldn’t be happier.
I could be easier getting in touch with them, but it all worked out, and I will definitely use this company again.

While the quality of the merchandise is perfectly acceptable delivery is a major issue . Promised in a couple weeks it took months and several emails to the company to finally receive my order . Also it was not sized according to American sizing charts . I ordered a size larger than I normally wear and it was a perfect fit . The price is also high end , and in my opinion could easily be reduced and still turn a profit . At one point I was offered a free hat for my inconvenience ; it never came .
