Ordered two vest- loved them however one didnt work. I paid to ship it back and waited patiently for my refund. Ive called, emailed multiple times and keep getting the run around. This is unacceptable! Hopefully you like up your order- youll be fine then- but if a return is needed you will be disappointed!

Pretty sure I’m part of a scam business! Followed measurement instructions before ordering my daughter her first motorcycle jacket - it should have fit no problem - way small. Customer Service via email & their website was quick to send an RMA number to send it back for an exchange. I wasn’t happy about having to pay for shipping or the fact that I had to also send a $10 check for the exchange but did it anyways. It took me awhile (like a month/month and a half) to get around to dropping my package at the post office but I contacted customer service before doing so to make sure my RMA was still valid. They replies quite pleasant and said there would be no problems and that I should email them

Helping me and no reply - thought it was strange so I waited a couple days and tried again. Nothing. Ok, maybe they no longer work for Jafrum so I sent a general inquiry. No response. Tried to call the number in the emails I’d received from them & the outgoing message seemed generic & as if they may not be in business? Maybe they have a new phone number...Went online to look for a different number and now their site is no longer. Guess I have to contact the Better Business Bureau and have them investigate this company. I’m out the cost of the jacket And the cost of return shipping. I Wonder if my $10 check Is still in the bag...!!! I didn’t even Think to check.

Sent a pair of motorcycle pants back to be exchanged and I have not received another pair. My tracking shows they received it over a month ago, but nothing was sent back to me. I have tried many times to call, but all I get is a recording to leave a message and of course no one calls back. It would seem they went out of business and I apparently am out the pants I bought with no refund being given! I'm incredibly angry!!!

THIS Muslim POS is a Thief and a Scammer!!! I wish I Had seen these reviews instead of reading the fake ones on their website before making a purchase. My Wife ordered me 2 Leather Jackets a "L" and "XL" because we were not sure how accurate the sizes were. Because of the Return Policy I quickly contacted the Jafrum Customer Service the following day and they were more then happy to give me an RMA Number in an email with instructions to send the "XL" back. I spent $35.00 to overnight the package just to have it returned to me stating that the company and address do not exist. Now the Customer Service number doesn't work, the website is off line. This Clown does business under several names, I think my next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau and have them investigate this company.

NEVER AGAIN!!! What a joke, I ordered a pair of jeans. Sent them back due to fit. They confirmed receipt In MAY. NO REFUND. Round and round I go with the "support" dept. They say the refund went to my bank. No such transaction. I asked for a transaction record of the credit. Crickets

I found a helmet that I really liked and decided to order it. I was charged but 4 days later the item still hadn't even shipped, plus their website hasn't worked since the day I placed the order. They won't respond to any emails and I've called customer service probably 20 times in the last 6 days and there has never been an answer. I sent once last email telling them to cancel my order so I can order the item elsewhere seeing as I need it by the end of this week. Will see if I hear back I guess. Not at all impressed with their customer service.

Ordered chaps. A $2 rain suit showed up. Invoice in the bag said chaps, but no. Stay tuned for the follow up. If it's anything like most of the reviews (gotta start reading them first) I'll be lucky to talk to someone let alone get what I ordered or money back.

This company must be making everything by hand as you order, never had such slow service and shipping. Ordered 1/16/18 and paid extra for fast shipping and received 2/2/18 really? Fast shipping? Two items didn't fit, so sent back same day and they received 7 days later (sending slowest way I could and still faster). Unfortunately I also placed another order for the correct size Item and still have not received. Now March first and still no refund or my new order 30 days later. What gets me it is, the merchandise is good stuff, but by the time I get my heated gloves, it will be summer. So still waiting for first refund of $209.90 and the second order of $139.95. That's only $349.85 out of my pocket with nothing to show for it! Oh yeah don't pay for fast shipping, not going to happen. Time to contact PayPal.
Update: After calling and calling finally got to talk to a person and got my refund the next day and my second order 4 days later. All is good in the world once again.

I ordered jacket below Nov 2017, but it was too big. I have been trying to get a refund since.
Jafrum customer service does not answer, but has returned calls when leaving a voice mail. However, regardless of what they say - it has yet to become fact!
Also, contact through Jafrum.com site is nothing but a rat race with no cheese!
It has been 3 months & when I do speak to customer service - the "Priority" placed on my refund seems to have no effect to the actual happening.
Very frustrated & while I will continue my refund request with Jafrum, I will seek ways to post my dissatisfaction of poor customer service/refund for all to heed by.

So I bought a vest and gloves neither of them fit, I went through there return protocol, my return was approved. I tracked the package was received back to them on 1/31 received by a person inside, haha well here we are almost 2/20 and still no refund. I keep getting emails that they are working on it bla bla bla now I get another email saying give it 3 more days. Sorry Jafrum how you handle customer returns and refunds, has caused you to lose a customer and I will be passing on the word to my other motorcycle friends. Customer service needs a lot of work..

Ordered a vest on the 1st of Janurary.
Tried canceling it the next day, they told me they never had an order from me.
Gave them an invoice number AND an order number and they still said they had nothing.
3 days later it shipped.
Argued with them about THEM paying the return shipping, which they finally agreed to do.
I've been waiting A MONTH for a refund.
I just emailed them again threatening to dispute the charges and issue a lawsuit.
Do not order from this joke of a company.

I’ve been a long time customer of Jafrum, and I have seen this company go down the tubes in customer service. Three times now I have returned an item, at my expense, which is their return policy, meaning you pay return shipping. Twice I had to contact them after a couple weeks went by and push them to get my refund processed, basically doing their job for them. Once they just “lost” the item, a helmet by the way, and after fighting with them for literally months, they said sorry and not only never provided my refund, but never even offered a discount or something like that. I had proof of delivery from USPS by the way or all three items. Never again. This company sucks. Don’t waste your money.

I received approval from Jafrum to return a grossly mis-sized jacket for full refund.
It has been now 3 months since I returned the jacket, but they are still saying they never received the returned jacket, even though I provided the exact ship date, and included the return slip in the returned package.
If only I had taken the time to search for other reviews of this company, I would have known how dishonest their customer service and return policy is.
Now I don't have the jacket, the money I spent for it, nor the additional shipping expense I incurred.
I'd never buy from these crooks again. They should be shut down by authorities, but I suspect they will be out of business soon on their own as word spreads.

I will never do business with these idiots again! I ordered a pair of boots and was told they would ship the next day. After a week the email people said they would ship from another location. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Has not happened. 11 calls to customer service. I am researching a lawsuit.

Ordered 1x rain suit for my husband. Rec'd 1x jacket but 3x pants. Fought to get return shipping label. Finally got it and returned, but jafrum says post office never delivered despite being "out for delivery". After weeks of explaining they need to file a claim with post office sine they paid shipping, they finally issued a refund to me but didn't refund the original shipping charges after THEY shipped mismatched size. Now, 5 weeks later fighting to get that back too. Good luck getting anyone on the phone to talk to!

I purchased a leather jacket that was two sizes smaller than advertised. I paid shipping both ways. After two months the company never refunded my money. The bank checked the account and it was never returned despite what Jafrum claims. Terrible service.
