Bike is brilliant but the service was quick even better. Order a bike a few weeks ago and due to the current situation it got delayed twice before the company contacting me to tell me it wasn’t coming. I wasn’t too happy at this point however chris at Crewe Halfords went above and beyond to upgrade my bike to a more expensive one free of charge and brought the collection date forward. So all in all really happy.

Very pleased with how my car feel's now
Great customer service kept me aware of what needed doing after m.o.t.part.great staff helpful especially Karl who did the work.plus being able to pay off over a year in these difficult time's is very helpful.

Very comprehensive service when booked in for MOT despite current conditions , kept up todate with progress.
The only reason I have dropped a star was the price which is above “reasonable” but I guess with the company name you get assurance of quality standards.

The customer service at Halfords Hartlepool branch is disgusting.. the guy on the reception who was going to book my car spoke to me like something he wiped off his shoe.. I ordered my tyres from Asda tyres and they really did not want to fit them... why not just tell Asda this instead of awful customer service chasing customers away..

I got a form what showed my front tyres need changing and I quote. But nothing about the reason i bought it in what needed fixing or a quote so I have to fix what I don't know. Received a email next day and again failed to tell me or quote and what needs to be fixed in fact as far as i can see just need tyres but know there's a fault with the front right sensor. Ian
