My order was on time and correct.
But they up charged every item I ordered.
Half a cheese steak is $6.95....they made it $8.95
Whole cheese steak $13.75....they upped it to $17.95
That's some bullcrap! Never again!

Awful customer service. Repeatedly delivered to the wrong address, Repeatedly made mistakes with orders, and no real effort to fix it other than to refund the order. Trying to talk to someone is a hazzle and they just repeat protocol at you. Save your money and just pick up from the restaurant.

I place a order. I get a delivery promise of 45-65 minutes. 2 hours later no food.
The restraunt I ordered from is 20 min away.
I'd normally go there myself but can't die to a medical procedure i had, i can not walk.
Imagine the people that are handicapped that rely on this service for a hot dinner. Having to wait over 2 hours.
I called, they told me no drivers are in my area.
What the freaking hell kind of business model are they using .
I will NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!

This was a very poor experience. My order was delayed by 15-25 min. I tried to not get annoyed because maybe that was on the restaurant. Then they guy delivered our order. But it wasn't our order... I called the driver and he didn't have access to the original order, which is dumb, so he couldn't do anything about it. So I submit a refund request to grubhub, explaining that the entire order was missing. So they only refunded me part of the order! Are you kidding, I just said, "MY ENTIRE ORDER WAS MISSING!?!" So then I have to take the additional step to chat them and request the ENTIRE refund. They did give me the remaining balance, hints the 2 stars.

Ordered food to be delivered at 6:30 pm. Got text of late delivery between 6:50 pm and 7:00 pm. No show. Called restaurant and they said they do not work with Grubhub and got no order from Grubhub. Canceled order. No more Grubhub for us.

I ordered my food at 6:30 this evening for a house of small children. The order was pushed back to be delivered until 8:30 and the order was completely wrong. I contacted the restaurant who happily remade the order for me and just said I needed to have them come back and deliver the food. Grubhub said they couldn't do that because the restaurant was already set to close on the website. So the restaurant had the food sitting and waiting for me but grub hub refused to pick it up. I am NEVER EVER using grub hub again. There customer service was awful and unaccomodating to their mistake. I am using takeoutcentral from here on out.

We ordered food and said it was delivered. This was a lie they completely cancelled our order without any contact to us. They supposedly had trouble getting into the neighborhood, but did not let us know. They drove off with our food probably to eat it themselves.

I ordered my lunch from here today. My receipt from the service was 30.00 but the receipt that came from the restaurant is 16.95. The mark up the price of every item and double the taxes. Don't do it go pick up yourself.

HORRIBLE experience. I've never had such a negative customer service experience. Over 1 hour and 3 separate phone calls combined with 5 different people, two of which were managers. I only wanted to use a $50 gift card and GrubHub was giving me an error message when I tried using it. Nobody even asked one time for the gift card information to see if it was even a valid gift card. That should have been the 1st way to resolve my issue. I brought that up 30 minutes into the 1st call with the 1st manager I was speaking with. The 5th guy that I spoke to was great! He actually helped me.All other 4 people really need to work on their customer service skills.

Grubhub sucked me in with an offer of $10 off on first order. When I followed the link, it said it would be applied at the end of the order. When I click submit ... No $10 off and no way to cancel the order.
Just a total rip-off and lie. I only was trying the service out because of the promo

Worst experience ever. Driver sat for 20 minutes at another location AFTER picking up my food. And all the did was offer to cancel the order. Therefore rewarding the driver with MY food. The oder was already over 30 minutes late. Now I am sitting waiting at the restaurant to get my order myself. What a waste. Never again.

Grub hub is taking 40% of restaurant income for delivery's when there contract promises 12% i have been trying to resolve this issue for 0ver 45 days with no resolve . Only the run around this company is a scam and is taking advantage of restaurants in this great time of need.

Absolutely terrible! I waited a long time and the food was completely cold! I called the restaurant they said my food sat there and because it took so long for them to get there they had to call grubhub! I will never order from grubhub again! I called and all they gave me was a 20% off my next order which will never happen again. Reading all the reviews and all I see is horrible reviews. Next time I will look before I order from anywhere!

I’ve used many different companies for food delivery and this was frustrating. It shows that your order is being made and is ready for delivery like other sites but you can’t see who is picking up your orders. Our order was picked up and delivered in one minute but we didn’t receive anything. There was no driver information to call or anyway of knowing what was going on.
It was nice however that the company refunded us quickly But they didn’t even ask what happened. So it seems like they don’t care to find solutions to problems with their system.

waited 2 hours for delivery, and it wasn't even the right restaurant. told them to redeliver fresh food since ours was still at the restaurant stone cold, they decided to just cancel the order. Worse service always from grubhub. Try to hire drivers that can actually communicate.

Wow. Guess I was lucky that my odere was ONLY an hour late! Got the same 2 delay notices others got. Ordered at 12:10 and was promised 12:45 delivery, then delayed, delayed again. Finally arrived at 1:50.
What really piises me off is the lies! I called the restaurant and they said grubnub NEVER arrives before 1:30. Of course, NO offer to refund my money for "delivery"!

About 90% of my orders through GH have issues. Today, I placed an order that kept getting delayed. Two hours after the order was placed, they finally cancelled it with no explanation and to make matters worse, my refund won't be processed for three to five days.
