Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!! I had bought some interlocking mats from this business that mentions that the mats are in gray color. When I received them they looked black. So I brought it up to their attention and this is what they said. I quote "you know there are about a million different shades and hues of every color right?" I was speechless after reading the entire email which was all about me being wrong and it was my fault and my mistake. The only mistake that I will admit to, is that it was an incredibly huge mistake purchasing anything from this business! Please do yourself a favor and purchase somewhere else. Obviously this business has absolutely no professionalism what so ever and could care less about customer satisfaction.
