This company is so good at promoting themselves that I think they have a hard time keeping up with all of the sales. Their quality of clothes has gotten worse over the years. Most of the clothes now are Wish.com material. Ordered multiple times and things are always damaged or just falling apart or not the right size as I ordered. The customer service is absolutely the worst. Don't expect to hear back from there in weeks or just at all. They'll deny you refunds and say it's been past the return date yet they are the ones who didn't respond when i emailed them the day i received and noticed damaged items. Don't let the celebrities or their instagram feed fool you. One of the worst fast fashion companies out there. You have a better chance in finding quality clothes at a thrift store or by supporting a local business who puts time and effort into sewing and creating their clothes.

First off I'm 411 I am in small and practicality everything I bought a medium three outfits all pans came fit me right all shirts was extra extra-large my husband can fit shirts so where should I start where they are switching Tags on Clothes like a persons not gonna notice that is a extra-large They just give you anything

I recently placed an order on 9/20/20 costing around $175 plus additional money for express shipping. Which claims to take 2-3 days to arrive. I could not wait due to the fact I am moving in 2 days. So I sent them an email to cancel my order. My order as of right now 9/24/2020 3:32pm EST is unfulfilled which means it hasn't left there facilities or been handed off to a carrier. They refusing to give me back my money they do not have a cancellation policy on their website. Just a bunch of scammers! I see why legal action was taken against them for misleading customers.

I want my money back!

I placed an order 3 days ago. I've moved since my last order (attempt) so I was intentional to make my shipping/billing address were the same. Also, I paid for 2-3 day shipping which is what made me look and notice the address thing. Not only has it not been shipped, it has not been fulfilled. I've attempted to call twice, I held for i don't know how long before hanging up. I emailed them and was told I could only change the apt number which does NO good. I cannot cancel the order. I've now been on hold for 45 FREAKING mins.

I was a first time customer with fashion nova and will never be a customer at this point. My order was placed mid August I never received it almost a month later. I never got updates on the status of my package, customer support did not respond to my 3 online request for help initially, I had to call customer support 4 times to get help from an agent. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE and UNSATISFACTORY. My first order from this company was stolen, none of my items received, horrible customer service, and no one cares on the team! I'm disgusted honestly.

I use to love fashion nova shopped for me an my 12year old daughter until they got lasership who deliver items on the project hallway floor an take a picture saying received when that item is for who Eva come out there home an take I have 8 doors on my floor they should be ashamed I shopped there for 3years now an yes my feelings were hurt my hard working money throw away

In total 2 months, no products! No refund, no customer service even respons to me, how this kind of business still exists & why cardi support them? Totally bs!

Terrible customer service. Atrocious. Argumentative and refusing to giving my money back even after reporting them to better businesses bureau. For months I been getting stupid automated messages whenever I try to reach out to them. None of them knows what's going on. I paid for items I never received. Their clothing quality is absolutely terrible and cheap. I will never do business with them again. Do not support this scamming company

Do not order from here! They marked my package as delivered yesterday August 5th, but no one came and also I didn't receive text updates at all. I'm pretty sure they did that to reach there allow delivery time. It's been 19 days since I placed my order (mind you I order July 21 2020 and even with delays that's way to long to have not gotten my order. I want my almost 200$ in items and then I will never order from them again. They have no customer service line and on top of that no one gets back to you via email. For them to claim to be a successful business they don't act like it and reading some of the comments I see we're having some of the same issues. If it is a lawsuit please let me in on it too.

Their sizing is always off even when you use the sizing chart, and you can't even return it (if it's on sale or other conditions). The quality also just feels cheap. Refer to the pictures. So you're paying for a product that might or might not even fit or look good on you. You can even measure yourself (with measuring tape) to the T and try to match it with their chart and their clothes will still be ill-fitted. Don't order unless you're willing to gamble.
This dress is not what's advertised; the material and especially the colour are way different from the photo. The colour is not the same. Difference in quality too. Frankly it doesn't even look like the picture and it doesn't change once you put it on. And this nude blouse is way shorter and cropped in real life.

This is a human trafficking site. All the models have been given plastic surgery and are kidnap/human trafficking victims.

If you buy something from Fashionova make SURE you have every intention on keeping it , I returned two items and never received a refund and I can't get anyone, forget about getting someone on the phone ! I'm on hold for 36 minutes while writing this review, after being hung up on the first time I called and held on the line for over 20minutes ! Horrible Customer Service !!! I rate Fashionova a negative 1 !!! Scammers

I was scammed by fashion nova. I placed an order they took my money. I didnt receive any type of confirmation email. When I emailed them apparently my ordered was being returned lol which is a joke because it was never sent out. Now they are giving me the run around for me to get my money back. With all that's happening in the world and they do this stealing from people. It's not right. I will walk completely naked before I ever order or recommend this company to anyone! I've attached the email sent from them which is the only email I've gotten since my order was placed. Smh

Do not buy anything If you are not 150% SURE you're keeping what you're buying. I've always had issues with them but now I'm over It. Never again. I received a jean romper that was defective. I sent an email the minute I received with pictures as well as all of my order info to avoid any issue. It's been 4 days and I haven't gotten any response from them. Plus If I do, they will expect me to pay for returning the item that THEY SENT IT WITH A DEFECT. That's a total disrespect. They simply don't care since they have enough money to not need your business. Don't do It.

My item did not look like photo. It was a dress that look more like a rag. Thin, see through, threads coming off. I had to pay $8 to return. Then post office lost my package, so fashion nova refused to give me store credit. I was out $30 for dress plus the $8 for the return label. Customer service is garbage and return policies are poor. Quality of clothes is pretty bad also.

DO NOT ORDER HERE. They cannot deliver a package to The Netherlands without you having to pay €60 extra.... Then when the package finally arrives back at FashionNova, they do NOT refund the money... it has been months and I am still waiting for my money but they won’t give it to me.. They are thieves!!!!!

Every time i ordered from fashion nova i was speechless how beautiful the are true to size and exactly like the pictures i dont know why those negative comments i never shopped on line in a better site than fashion nova love u guys for me now this is my store for over 2 years and i will always shop from them thumbs up ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Shocking customer service and lack of communication. I received an auto response stating a time of 24 to 48 hours for a response. No response still. BEWARE- you will incur customs charges on product that comes to the UK. Is this made clear to young customers before they complete their purchase??? If you send it back you get offered a credit not a refund so you are back to square one. Buy from the UK where you have protection via consumer law. AVOID USA companies like this one

I have spent quite a bit of money on Fashion Nova over the course of 6 months and found them to be excellent. The clothes are as they appear and relatively in expensive. I live in Thunder Bay and my choice for clothing is not to good, so I choose to order online from Fashion Nova. I also explained that I live in Canada and I wouldn't be ordering too much as the Canadian dollar is extremely low and the chances of me paying duty is pretty high. I usually pick-up my orders when I travel to the states on the Minnesota side and this becomes part of my allowable amount.

For the most part you will always have people who are satisfied with a company and those who are not. People will have to decide on where they want to purchase items. But I really give Fashion Nova two thumbs up.

I do have to say though I have read some of the reviews on Trustpilot about Fashion Nova and I think that some people who put in a bad review are not correct or a little misguided. Almost every company that takes returns will charge a restocking fee (I know this because when I return stuff from my place of employment the company normally has to pay a restocking fee). People should know that once you return items that the shipping would be probably more the the items are worth in most cases. This is not Fashion Nova's fault.

Also seen a review about the face masks costing $41.00 US / $60.00 CDN. Since Fashion Nova started to post masks on their website the highest price I have seen is $14.99 US with the lowest price being $4.99 or $5.99 US. I don't know where they got their information from, but it isn't correct.

Fashion nova is a complete scam if you use the paid return through them they ship through a third party known for holding packages my return has been in transit for two months now fashion nova of course could care less and keeps sending me automated responses telling me to check the tracking info of course I've done this...they do this so then you go over the 30 day return window and they don't have to do anything for you...don't waste your money on this crooked company! Bad business!!!

never again! worst website I ever ordered from. they dont let you return most of items and if you do, they dont give you the money back? other websites returning policy is wayyyyyyyyyy easier... its a pity but I dont think you will be in business for much longer treating your clients like rubbish.

Been waiting for my order for over a month now. I send them an e-mail but reading all these reviews, I think I am going to expect nothing in return. I was so excited to order something... I live outside of the US so I expected the delivery to be longer. But the package still needs to be shipped.. or something. I can not follow my order anywhere. Such a worthless site. Instagrammers can stop promoting it if the service is this bad...

I thought Ihad a very nice looking dress. i went threw all the order form and even paid for speedy delivery....so far, I have no dress, no idea when its going to be delivered, and no response, when I’ve contacted the company, and now, I can’t connect to their site I ordered this dress on 03-27-2020 Its now 04-17-2030
