Just received 24cm stew pan and started to use it immediately, it’s a cracker and I can see it becoming my new best friend when cooking larger meals. The pan looks great on the table and easy to serve from.
Easy to handle- not to heavy - large diameter base with lower side walls- all round great pan- I forgot to order the lid- l’ll get that resolved shortly!!

Really happy with the purchase. Wouldn't usually go for a saucepan at this price range but the try-me offer makes it very tempting. I am really happy that it is the 18cm saucier pan that is on the try-me offer as it is a very versatile pan for me.This saucier pan is beautifully constructed and seems to be sturdy enough to last a very long time. I have never used copper cookware before but this brings liquid to boil much quicker than my old saucepan. Perfect for boiling a small amount of vegetables and cooking noodles. I particularly like the molded lip which make pouring much less messy.

My most recent purchase from Falk (20x30 Gratin pan and 20cm Mousseline) completes a set I’ve been amassing over the last couple of years. I say complete, but that’s really only because I’ve run out of space in my modestly sized kitchen; further purchases seem inevitable at some point. My friends think I’m a little bit mad for having spent well over £1200 on pans, but they are such genuinely wonderful, high quality objects that every use is a joy and I’ve never felt less than fully satisfied with the value of each and every item regardless of the price.
As an added bonus the couple of times I have needed to interact with Neil and Co I have found the customer service to be outstanding.

FALK 18CM SAUCIER REVIEW
I was initially interested in purchasing the Falk Saucier pan based on dozens of online recommendations. I was lucky enough to come across it during the ‘Try Me’ offer for an amazing price.
The pan itself is as much a work of art as it is a cooking utensil. Purely from a manufacturing standpoint the finish is incredible: the quality of the casting of the handle is flawless, the brushed surface of the copper is stunning and the triple riveted construction is absolutely bomb-proof.
Equally as impressive is the performance of the pan. Within seconds there is a steady, even heat across the whole cooking surface. The conductive properties of copper make it perform predictably and consistently, the most important qualities for any pan.

The 18cm saucier is a fantastic pan. The copper and steel both have the highest quality finish. Apart from stunning looks, the pan is functionally excellent, with unsurpassed thermal reactivity and very even heating.
