I really love that I can buy affordable glasses, with MY prescription quickly online. It takes weeks to get them from the doctor, they're always way over priced, and they make me get an exam everytime I need new ones. This website has been great so far. I'm mostly a contact wearer so I don't need expensive glasses with all the extra. So happy I found this page.

EyeBuyDirect is amazing. This is my first time buying glasses and there is a fantastic selection of wonderful frames - current styles, prices ranges great and the savings from walking into a store - well hands down can't compare. The site was very user friendly as was the ordering process. The best thing was that when I had a question, I called the phone number and I got to actually talk to someone. They were extremely helpful and I will be spreading the word.

Website is great. Lots of information and guides; very helpful. Detailed specifications for everything, best prices I've found and customized orders too. Only improvements would be specify lens materials for all indexes in your guide, and some UV-protective lenses do not show the UV blocking graphic image like the others when you are selecting a lens for your cart, probably just needs to be updated.

I buy eye buy all the time and have been for years. I get so many compliments on my various pairs of glasses. Because I get such a great deal I can afford to buy many pairs and choose my glasses based I. What outfit I'm wearing or how I'm feeling. LOVE LOVE LOVE this site and will probably be using it forever unless someone terrorizes the internet and everything shuts down. You know, cause that's a thing.

In the past, I've paid over 200 for 1 pair of glasses without an exam. Here I was able to get 3 pair, 1 with transition lenses, for much less. I love the selection and so far the quality is great. My only suggestion would be better communication. My older was on hold for several days before I reached out. They needed to confirm my PD. I wish they had reached out to me to let me know. But they did respond quickly to my email and everything moved pretty quick after that!

My glasses came sooner than expected which I'm thrilled about since I ordered blue light lenses and I've been having migraines, so they were needed ASAP. I love the little packaged box it comes in and I actually love that they e-mail you to see if you received your order or not. Sometimes it's annoying having to fill out surveys, but very many retailers/sellers never follow up nor do they care once they get your money. I digress. Anyway, my experience was great as it was easy and my order arrived quickly. Very satisfied.

A while back someone told me about how awesome eyebuydirect glasses are because of the style, quality and cheapness. All I can say is that it definitely lived up to the hype! I literally could not be happier about these glasses. My favorites are what I call my "gamer" glasses. They have blue light protection and work like nothing else I've ever had before. Guys, let me tell you, these glasses changed the game for me. First off, these frames were spot on from the "try on" feature and I look sharp. I've been complimented 3 times in the last day alone. Second, these glasses have elevated my study levels over 9,000. As a medical student, the blue lenses and perfect lens power were prophylaxis for my headaches and kept me studying hard! I ordered prescription glasses after my old pair from the eye doctor suddenly broke and it was such an easy process! From picking out frames to getting my prescription added everything was so smooth and even with all the coating options I chose I still had my glasses in just over 1 week at half the cost of my old pair!! The quality of glasses is great (when done right), but the emailing sector of customer service was practically a nightmare. I was handed over to maybe 5-10 different representatives just to replace a defective frame (scratches all over the lenses), and all could not answer my questions or solve the problem. However, Shanna from Live Chat resolved the issue in less than 20 minutes. The reps in charge of emailing kept sending copy/pasted responses and didn't understand me no matter how much I explained the situation.

I do think the virtual trying on glasses with a picture needs some work (it'd be nice to have the ability to adjust the glasses area instead of having to start the picture process over). I'd also like more options in the smaller nose bridge department but I'm hoping the adjustable bridges will help. Overall these are great glasses styles with affordable prices and it doesn't get better than that.

EyeBuyDirect has excellent products at great prices, and the Premium Progressive lenses are excellent. The Progressives I got from Costco were more $ and gave me headaches. The progressives I got at a local specialty shop were great quality, no headaches, but the prices were so high, I could only buy one pair every two years. Now, I can slowly build my collection of eyewear so that I can change the look just like you do with jewelry. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Overall the experience was great. One suggestion is to have a check mark box that says apply prescription to all glasses on this order so we don't have to keep going back in to double check if the prescription was applied to each pair. I also wished the express shipping was included over $100 or some dollar amount. If it was $200 I probably would have gotten another pair of glasses to offset the shipping cost. Just food for thought. The site is super easy to use.

Furious that you are charging us expedited 2 day shipping fee. We the customer should be able to choose however you have decided that we all need to pay. A week ago I bought the same glasses for only $45 today I was charged Almost $90. Was on the phone for almost an hour with CR who was able to provide a coupon but even with that I find it terrible that you impose on us a cost of 2 day shipping. Very disappointed and frustrated, feel like you are taking advantage of your customers

Overall experience just above average as compared to other sights. I had a hard time to check out and had to try multiple times. Almost gave up and went to Zenni, but I love the glasses. Wish you had a discount for medical first responders, as I only have one pair at this moment and cannot wear lenses while working with patients during the pandemic. Hoping to receive these glasses soon. Thanks :)

Fabulous glasses at a terrific price. My daughter told me about your company when HER glasses were infinitely better than the pair I'd just got from the optician for $800. I wish I was kidding, but I'm not. I've done this twice now - bought glasses prescribed by the optician but been able to wear them - they make me dizzy - but actually USE the glasses my daughter got for me from Eyebuydirect. Now on my 6th pair? (I need a pair in every room and the car!)

Compared to others, it's easier to use and navigate/ filter. You offer more"pretty" options in my opinion and the website/ customer service is levels above. However, on the downside, you're shipping and return policy is absolutely dirt. You guys have charged me 3 times, for the same 1 pair of broken glasses before, and were impossible to get refunded or fixed. Why i still order from you? I have no idea... we'll see.

Your online order system worked up to the point of paying. It would not accept my credit card. I got someone on the phone who tried to assist and neither of us could figure it out. After abopt 15 minutes, I chose Amazon pay and the order finally went through. I bought an additional pair of glasses from you a few weeks ago and had a problem placing that order as welll. You don't make it easy.

Enjoyed the shopping experience but was disappointed when checking out and using the "25% Off of EVERYTHING" coupon code you actually only discounted me $14.50 on a $200 order. That's only 7.25%, or roughly one quarter of 25%. I would have bought the glasses without the discount, was happy to get the discount but the false advertising leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Will more closely scrutinize future dealings with your company. This makes you seem untrustworthy!

Simple, easy, and affordable. I have bought four pairs of glasses from EBD for my husband and myself and have been pleased with all of them. The less expensive frames are definitely a little flimsier, but not so much that they aren't worth buying. We have three young children and two dogs and they stand up to the chaos fairly well. There are tons of choices, always a coupon code to use, and shipping is affordable and quick.
