I ordered 5 pairs of jeans for my daughter for Christmas on Dec 1st totaling $170.00. I just tried to return them for a bigger size and because they are 2 days past the return of 60 days they refused to take them back. She buys all her pants from Express. Very disappointed in their customer service

I bought these shoes from express in Charlotte NC. They looked good and they were very comfortable. However, after less than three months noticed they started splitting on the side. I'm highly dissatisfied and highly disappointed and I use to love shopping at express. Don't buy these... EVER!

This company is a shambles ridiculous dont order from here ive been waiting a month an still waiting I have not received my items orderd two personalised necklaces sent them several emails they do not reply back i am so upset as I thought it was a ligit company in England because of the address what they have used there's no telephone number to contact them clearly they Rob you I think ppl are right its china the stuff comes from not wirral lol anyways I dont care I want my money back

Worse costumer service, Express is advertising 20%off after applying for the credit card, never received the discount and now the customer service won't do anything, waste 2 hours trying to figure out what to do on their part to be disconnected without resolving the problem.

Chinese company. Gives a Colorado address on their website leading customers to believe it is a US company. ALL items are shipped from China. No customer service. Do not respond to emails. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

@express I have been a client of express for ever. I had never bought shoes. I bought the 1st before TG and I wore them once and the whole heel peeled off. I went to return them and they said no because I had used them. Do not buy shoes [email protected] Very bad quality

Unbelievable is the only word that comes to my mind . I am furious with your company ! You have charged me a fortune to confirm the 1st class delivery (within 3 days ) or a very important item for a cancer patient that may die within a few days ! I have not yet had one email , one reply any contact from your suppose on chat live support chat ! It is horrendous that you can con people in believing they can order on time for Christmas ( as stated 2-3 days delivery on your website !) . You have no customer service available to help, a completely illegal terms and conditions not present during the purchase and no way to be contacted to trace the delivery ! I am taking your company to legal , and will endeavour to plaster social media with your terrible company in order for people never to order from you within the UK !

I paid a hefty price for a severely inferior product, so much so that it simply doesn't work.It arrived with no packaging other than the cardboard box it arrived in - don't know how it escaped damage- no instructions and of such inferior quality that there is no way it could work. Husband took one look and threw it in the bin, didn't dare tell him how much it cost!

I haven't even received the items yet, but their international shipping is HIGHLY deceiving. It says "Free shipping" to Canada when checking out, so you're paying "free shipping" and then to be charged a hefty $ amount for an "international shipping fee" that is barely noticeable in print at checkout. And it's not even something that showed in my receipt afterwards, I just notice after I paid $39 more which isn't displayed in the receipt. Apparently the international fee is technically to "process the shipping and handle it". Well, if that's the case, why don't you just charge shipping to Canada, or have it be the shipping cost instead of deceiving your customers?! When I called customer service they just explained to me that its a handling cost yet on my receipt it shows $0 handling, while they charged me in small unnoticeable print a big $39 fee for "processing international" ... First time buyer at Express, and I regret it.. never again.

The checkout is very deceiving. They charge you "FREE SHIPPING" to Canada, BS. They just say that to deceive you. They add an "international processing fee" instead of just plainly making it a shipping price. And it's barely noticeable, you won't even see it. And, it doesn't even come on the receipt of your email... It would just show "Shipping/ handling $0" which is a complete lie.

If I could I would give a zero or negative rating. The BBC has not been available for close to 3 months, but still Express VPN claim to be resolving the situation...... 10 weeks seems excessive. VERY POOR. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
Any company that has such a low 5 star score is a warning. I wish I had checked first.

I agree the points or cash back is such BS. No value. The date they say that it will ship is not true. They didn't even ship it before the date they said it would arrive.
Current status. It takes them two weeks to process one order.i still don't have mine but it finally said it was shipped
To add insult. When I FINALLY got a tracking number it shows invalid for 48 hours. So in 2 more days I can track and potantially find out when I will Get!
This girl with the rich boyfriend will take his money elsewhere.
In fact I have already told him that my Christmas shopping spree this year will not be at Express.

I sure wish I had taken the time to read the reviews prior to purchase.
It’s companies like these who abuse the pre processing of financial transactions with little attention towards delivering the actual products on time, in full.
This organisation should definitely apply a service first with a post payment set up, would probably see them implement some sort of integrity.
But given the latter I still would avoid utilising them out of sheer disgust that these type of criminal activities(financial gain by deception) exist in 2020.
The government should encompass working with children checks to ensure scumbags like these are away from the lives of little ones.

Went to Express Men's outlet store on 10/17/20.
Signs all over the store buy one get one free.( no fine print)
Bought 2 ties, two shirts, a belt, 2 boxers.
Got to check out and they only took the lowest items as a bogo!
Clearly false advertising!
Beware of their deceitful practices!
There was a sign as you exited in very very fine print that stated it was for the lowest priced items that you buy.

I love their clothes but trying to place an international order was hell. Their website claims to deliver internationally but when you input your contact details it won't accept international phone numbers, or any state other than an US one so how are you supposed to place an online order? I wasted hours on this and their so called customer service was useless as they couldn't fix the problem either. This problem must have cost Express a fortune in international orders.

I cannot get this company to remove me from their mailing list for 13 years I have been trying at least once a year I hate them with a white-hot passion of somebody who has been trying and failing and being forced to listen to terrible pop music for 15 minutes at a time on hold twice a year. the mailer isn't even sent to my name it's someone who lived here before I did , also supposedly everybody at corporate was busy when I called and they said they'd call me back and they never have

Horrible customer service (spent 50 minutes on a live chat and got 0 answers), terrible website and app that glitch constantly, promote account credits that they’ll never give you, return policy is not transparent... I could go on and on. Clothes aren’t even good quality. Don’t waste your time or money.

Had no problem with shipping or ordering the problem I had was that when I received my items which were two necklaces they were both tangled. Honestly I should’ve taken them back to the store because it took me almost 30 minutes to get each of them undone which was absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say I will not be ordering from there ever again
