Why have i to wait too long for my orders when I buy wiht easy cosmetic? Every day I get a new email from Hermes that they couldn't to delivery my order and have to popstone this. What is going on? I think you should work with a better delivery company. When I order by ParfumGroup I receive my orders in 1 untill 2 work days, nor more, even in this "Covid time". Thank you for your attention.

I am still waiting for a something orded for Mother's Day in early May. The delivery company apparently lost it... tracing software just stalled for order. Easy Cosmetic Customer Service no longer responding what the status is - if I will ever get the purchase or at least my money back Wasted way too much time with this...not easy at all... now have to get bankcard company, consumer agency for safe online purchases involved...

Placed an order, it never arrived.
When questioned, the company said the order was on the way. It never arrived. But my money was in their bank account already.
Asked my money back. The reply was: once the product is back in our facilities, I would receive my money automatically. That was more than 3 weeks ago.
Status: they have my money, I don't have my product.
Feeling: stolen, 50 euros - I honored my part of the deal, which was to pay right away for the product.

After initially not receiving the perfume, several emails later I got a replacement. The replacement came within a week, for which I am very grateful. It did take a long time to get a resolution, but in the end, I did. - so thank you.
My advice, don’t order during busy periods as I’m not sure that they can cope with the high delivery load or enquiries at such times.
