I ordered a dress from here and once I received it, the quality was very poor. It felt cheap and there were strings hanging from it. But besides that, keep in mind that there are no refunds! Their customer service is very bad and difficult to work around. I sent my messages at 10am when their chat service begins and now it is 12:37 and I have not received a reply. Definitely will not be shopping here again. I got the Elizabeth K GL2609 Plunging V Neck Pleated Bodice A-Line Gown.

I was on the site and purchasing my dress when an agent called me and offered a discount if I ordered from her on the phone. I was a little worried at first until I was able to confirm she was who she said she was. Then I got excited that the business was that attentive in assuring I had what I needed. I received the dress and it is wonderful! I can not wait to wear it on my daughters wedding day!

Great online experience, true to size. The dress is absolutely gorgeous, but... there is lots of glitter and my sensitive skin can't tolorate it. It may be ok for someone else, but I will have to return or maybe even exchange.

I was a little apprehensive that this site may be a scam because the dress was $150 cheaper than the exact same one I had purchased from Sax. I still was within my window to return the one from Sax so I decided to go ahead and order the dress from Couture. To my delight, it was the exact same, beautiful Mac Duggal ball gown and I saved $150. Arrived quickly for standard shipping as well.

The dress we purchased is gorgeous. It doesn't seem to have the quality look that the picture indicated, but still a beautiful dress. Very flowy and it will be perfect for prom for our daughter. We don't even know if she'll have a prom this year because of COVID, so we didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on a dress. This one fell below our budget and arrived one week after we placed the order!

Buying a dress online with this company is not a good idea. You can't see the quality, which for the dress we chose was very cheap and embarrassing looking, in trying to return they are beyond bad, their goal is to keep your money. We ended up returning the dress, had to pay insured postage (required) and then now we are stuck with a useless credit. We will never buy from here again and have spread the word to all we know not to as well.

Policy for an "EXCHANGE" is unethical and really not in good faith. Had to return a dress for a smaller size, charged a "handling fee"? In addition had to pay shipping both ways and shipping on the new dress. They do not apply the credit when you re-order the new size, you'll have to pay in full THEN wait for you credit to apply. If by chance the smaller dress doesn't fit... well too bad because now I've used a "credit" to purchase and that is not exchangeable or refundable! NEVER AGAIN!

Loved the number of options and all of the name brands. Prices seem fair, too. Only trouble was sorting became a bit difficult - couldn't sort by multiple criteria. I also attempted to chat with a representative to get more info on dress lengths, but no one answered (I waited over 2 hours).

The dress I had my heart set on is discontinued. You should state that with the item so people don't try so hard to see if it will be restocked in more sizes. Otherwise great.

Very disappointed! It took me a very long time to select the dress which I would wear to my daughters wedding. I had made my selection/purchase through your website as directed. Only after days of anticipation of its arrival, you state the dress/size is not available. Extreme disappointment since your advertising/website clearly states that the dress/size is available and no resolution but, I am out of luck from Customer Service.
