I got a pair of earrings 2-3 uses and the earrings are tarnishing. They were 18k gold paid close to $100. Poor quality.
I received a custom gold bracelet and when I looked at it closely i could see the gold scuffed off. Disappointed.

I was charged 88.00 on my card before I even submitted my 18.95 order. Of course there is no one to help you on their customer service line. I had to cancel my card and dispute the charge. Thanks for the pain in the ass of not having a debit card for a few days!

To everyone,
Be warned that this website is a scam. I ordered a necklace in March and still have not received it (over 2 months late). I have reached out multiple times over email and left several voicemails to have them call me back and they are ignoring everything. I cannot emphasize enough to stay away from this company. There customer service is nonexistent and their promises and follow through mean even less. I'm writing this review in hopes of someone from the company actually reaches out.

Bought a bracelet for my 30 year old daughter. It was so tiny, a child would have a hard time putting it on. The bracelet was beautiful, but since it was personalized with my granddaughters name, it could not be returned.

Complete scam. I ordered a bracelet and was told there was an 8 week back order. I was never sent any confirmation or email of any sort, and had to argue with them for weeks just to get proof of purchase (they only conceded Bc I have a screenshot of my payment with my bank). Long story short, the bracelet never came and I had to file a dispute with my bank in order to get my money back. Avoid at all costs.

I was completely scammed. I ordered a bracelet and was told there was an 8 week backorder. Bauble refuses to send me any order confirmation of any sort, so I had no proof of purchase. Once my bank statement came and I had proof of purchase, they finally conceded and sent me an order number. 8 weeks came and went and I never received any package or email. 3 weeks after I still have no package and have filed a dispute claim with my bank to get my money back.

I bought a good amount of jewelry from BaubleBar about a month ago and the quality is terrible! It's my fault for not doing enough research on the brand, but every item is absolutely not worth the amount I spent. I ordered one of their charm bracelets and it doesn't stay closed for more than an hour, so its unwearable. The rings and necklaces I got already are no longer gold colored but silver. I assumed from the prices it would be great - I was wrong lol.

I loved baublebar’s style, so I bought quite a few items from them. Their earrings are the only thing that hasn’t fallen apart... yet! The rings, luckily bought on sale because if I paid full price that would’ve been an even worse rip off. Gems fallen out on all 4 within a month of wearing. And a bracelet, the chain broken within about the same time frame. Overpriced for the quality. Will never buy from this brand again.

The colors and look of my phone case were amazing! But the screen is not even covered by the case. I thought it would be more protective and better quality than this considering how expensive it was. I could have bought a better case elsewhere. The cuteness is not worth risking having to fix my phone.

Ordered Bracelets and a necklace. Sent out an email that they shipped my order...waited and never got my purchase. Called the local post office where it was supposed to be shipped, they mailed a shipping label, but then never mailed my package. They are the biggest scammers!!!! This website should be shut down. No one should be able to order from this site if they are going to scam people. I would like to contact the BBB and report them for this activity. Way overpriced for the quality they're providing. Snagged a $45 Alidia ring for $12 recently and was appalled at how light and plasticy it was. $12 felt like a rip off. Earrings are super costume jewelry-like and a plastic layer sheds off over time. Received earrings that didn't clasp shut once. Customer service is okay but takes days/weeks to respond. I kept buying because of their rewards system, which they just revoked. Truly a bummer.

maybe amazon has all turned us into righteous instant gratification prime "I NEED IT NOW" mentality when it comes to shipping but baublebar seriously has THE slowest logistics process EVER.
it takes more than 24 hours to get a shipping notification, and the worst part is it takes 6-12 days via USPS. wtf?! even my first class mail to michigan from california only takes 3 days max. are our packages from baublebar literally carried by snails across the united states?
anyways, terrible logicstics process to say the least... for a jewelry business that probably has many "i jewelry for a wedding in 2 days" or "i need jewelry for an event in 4 days" won't fly with baublebar. good luck planning in advance.
but really, how hard is it to warehouse jewlery in multiple warehouses that would be more feasible for quicker shipping?
it's been 4 days since my order and still no tracking information even though a tracking number has been assigned. wtf?!

I placed an order for a Christmas gift in late November but it never arrived. When I first contacted the company they responded quickly and were helpful...I thought. After stating they would reship my order 2 day priority and credit my account for an item that was no longer in stock I never heard from them again. I have not received my order, my online credit or a refund. I have made multiple attempts to contact with no reply. Do not waste your money ordering from this company! Their customer service is a joke.

SCAM!!!!!! NEVER RECEIVED ORDER. I tried to contact support via email(only way to try to get help) no one responded, payed for next day delivery and after a week I'm still waiting and UPS confirmed they never received a package to be sent! Customer service is terrible!!!

Ordered by end of November 2019, they charged my card immediately and as of today, end of December, no news of the status or answer to the multiple trials of communication with them.
Email attempts bring an automatic "will contact in a 4 - 7 days" and texts are blocked.
Seems to me a "perfect scam".
Will report to BBB.
Update: 1/13/20.
I was contacted on 1/3/20, given lots of apologies (overload, flooding...) and was told my order would be shipped.
Order finally received aprox. 1/10/20, in good condition and as advertised.
This waaas a Christmas Secret Santa present...!

0 stars. Nothing to rate since I haven't gotten the order I was CHARGED for. Placed my order over a month ago and have yet to receive it. They gave me a FAKE tracking number on December 11th. I've asked for order updates multiple times and they are ignoring all of my attempts to resolve the issue.

Terrible customer service. I ordered Christmas earrings in November, they shipped 12/5, but did not arrive until 12/20!!! Days after I had left for vacation. I’m returning. The earrings went on sale during transit.....but yet no adjustment. Don’t engage this company and tell your Nordstrom representatives to do the same. They don’t care about the customer!

I ordered 2 custom bracelets for my wife for Christmas. I ordered on 11/30/2019. It says to allow 2-3 weeks for custom work. I have yet to even receive an order update, tracking number or anything. Trying to contact this business is next to impossible. The phone number just drops the call. Emails go unanswered. I've tried to contact them through Instagram and Twitter with no response yet. It is now 2 days away from Christmas, and I still don't have anything to show from this "company" I will NEVER order again from them, and from the looks of it, many other customers are having the same exact experience. What a shame.
