Tried their software but it didn't work at all. Did not uncover any lost text messages or phone numbers. Messaged them several times for a refund and they kept giving me the runaround asking for more and more information. Don't use their products.

I bought a bundle of 10 apps for 144 SGD from them but later found that most of them don't work (the first app I tried worked so I thought they are reliable and decided to buy the bundle because I thought some other apps are useful to me as well). One app (Slideshow creator) does not even launch after I install it. Video converter app is faulty as well. Contacted Support and they gave me some useless advices. After I realised they are a scam, I was concerned that the apps I had installed were not safe, so I had to uninstall them, even the app that was working. I regret that I didn't check them carefully before paying them. Please stay away from them and don't repeat my mistake.

This is the worst company to deal with. Bought software that didn't work correctly and they kept telling me try this, send us this. It came with a 30 money back guarantee and it is absolute rubbish. They did not honour their money back guarantee and are terrible to deal with. I spent nearly twenty five days and over ten emails to find that they do not honour their claims and want you to jump through hoops. If you have any sense you will not buy their software.

They are terrible, they refused to provide a refund when their software couldn’t recover my data.

The product implements minimum capability and even then does it poorly. It allows you to customize menus, but only partially so (e.g., you can't change the color of text or symbols to make them visible against a dark background). The final straw for me was its inability to fully utilize the capacity of the DVD. Because of how they calculate what will fit on a DVD, I ended up wasting about a third of the DVD's capacity when they said that it was nearly full. It only supports SP mode, not LP or EP.

Fonelab software is junk and does not work. Its not even compatible!! Seems impossible to get a refund they just fob you off. Report to your card issuer or PayPal and trading standards. Scammers.

I find Mac Screen Recorder great, and I recommend it to other Mac users! I can capture misc streaming video off my monitor with audio. It's fantastic. Also, one can do monitor image captures, in addition to webcam recording. Great stuff.

Your affiliates are offering 60 day money back guarantee and solicit "all Android". Your official website is offering 30 day money back guarantee and solicit "etc." in supported devices. This indicates I must buy and try. But the money back guarantee is for only defective software. This is a scam.

My experience with Aiseesoft and its screen recorder was spectacular. I wanted an excellent and easy to use screen recorder and I'm not techy. After buying it, I had a small difficulty and contacted them for help. Holly's response was almost immediate and complete. Problem solved! I fully recommend Aiseesoft to everyone for their product, service and professionalism.

When something goes wrong with a computer, one thinks immediately of the software. I did not escape from that. I had several exchanges with Aiseesoft's help desk; they were very helpful, until I found that the software had nothing to do with my problem. To say the truth, it was because of the electrical contact between the blu-ray disk-reader and the computer that went on and off from time to time. Hope I will remember this if it happens again !

I ordered a product that did not work. Their website states they offer refunds for reasonable issues that can't be resolved.

I had to request a refund repeatedly, after also repeatedly explaining that the product did not work. Each time I said it did not work, they'd send me something else to try; just delaying the refund process.

After filing multiple complaints with PayPal, who they did not respond to, PayPal issued a refund.

An insanely ridiculous amount of back and forth emails with them to get no positive customer service experience from, or a working product.

Recently moved my Video Converter Ultimate to my new Mac. Quick exchange of emails with support and my license was quickly migrated. Polite and professional, this is the way support should always be. Good service guys.

The sucks !! Their repair software is completely trash ! And they have a terrible support !!

I wanted a software that could create blu ray discs for family videos playable on normal blu ray players such as normal blu ray players xbox and ps4 players. Unfortunately this software is utter crap, the videos compile with the sound out of sync by atleast a minute from mp4 ( I also tried mkv) and also tried multiple times and in some players do not play at all - also tested the original files and the ISO image - orifinal files are fine, ISO image and burnt disc are out of Sync. I have contacted the customer support but i do not hold much hope for receiving a refund and i also do not trust this indian company so i have also CANCELLED MY CREDIT CARD! IN CASE THEY CHARGE ME AGAIN!. Consumer protection in India is utter crap, and most of the time you need to go through the courts to be able to receive a refund. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I HAVE MADE. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY SOFTWARE FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED LIKE I AM YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE A REFUND EVEN WITHIN 3 DAYS LIKE MOST COUNTRIES CONSUMER PROTECTIONS.

I purchased Aiseesoft screen recorder and it worked perfectlyv on one comuter but on another one I couldn't use it propetley.
After reporting this bug to the support team, they did not cease to try and find the problem, and even sent me new versions of the product until the problem was fully resolved.

The software I was using, Screen Recorder, worked fantastically for my co-workers, but wouldn't work properly on my machine. I reached out to Aiseesoft and they asked for a bit of information and said they would be in touch. I had given up hope, but then they reached out with a new version of the software for me to try. I didn't have the time to use it initially, and had found a work around for one of my problems, but then they again reached out with another version to try. At that point, I reinstalled and everything worked exactly as I needed. Though the product may be glitchy, they are very willing to work with you and fix your problem.

The troubleshooting team at Aieesoft were courteous, responsive, easy to deal with and sorted out my issue very quickly. It gives me confidence to purchase other products from this company knowing that their client services are immediately accessible and ready to iron out any problems I may have.

This is a review of Aiseesoft PDF Converter. I have been using it for over two years now. Its accuracy in converting non-OCR PDF scans is excellent and requires very few (if any) corrections. The software has worked for me in several languages, including English, Bulgarian, Russian, Chinese, German, and French. A few days ago, I had a problem transferring the program to a new computer. The support service resolved the problem within hours.

The company sells software that does not work. I purchased an android recovery from their website and when it would not download I requested a refund within minutes of my purchase. After almost a month of going back and forth with the company they refused to refund me my money back when their product would not work. I would definitely not recommend this company if their products to anyone. Save your money or find a better company who provides you with products that work and better customer service.

Had a problem: Wanted to by Aiseesoft Mac Video Enhancer but happened to order the Windows version instead. Thought my money was totally lost, but – with little hope for success – asked for an exchange. And to my surprise, the problem was solved at once! – I really love their service personnel!

Since free trial version can be downloaded from the official product page, Aiseesoft has already earned praise for its kindness. Thus i can test it. Here, I download the Aiseesoft Video Converter Ultimate and my computer is Windows XP Media Center Edition 32 bit (a little old compared to current computers, I know). To be truth, I am having the problem that the program won't install with many products. Immediately, I contact Aiseesoft customer service. They revolve around the error screenshot and messages and send me a version. Guess what, I can download and install successfully right away. So happy with this. The support team doesn’t shy away from download issues, zeroing in on solving the problems for every user. Thanks!

FoneLab - Broken Android Data Extraction:
Googled "need to retrieve data from dead Samsung S8" I was led to an article that recommended this Aiseesoft software and provided the Download link. After choosing to purchase the upgraded version, and installing it, I found it does not support a S8 phone, only much older versions. I have had numerous emails back and forth with Customer Service and they say their page tells me what phones are supported. Explained, I was never on their page. They even admit their software is being listed on 3rd party sites and they are not responsible for those listings as solution to phones not supported. Kept blaming me for not using the Free version that would have told me my phone was not supported. Continuedto refuse refund. Since I was fortunate to find a coupon and only paid $11.98, you would think they would prefer to refund rather than displease a customer this much. Just proof their customer service is as bad as their software.
