Hi do not book any services from urbanclap which a largest service app running now, I have booked a service from urbanclap for cleaning at home professional robbed my amazon fire tab and left. after calling to the customer service of urbanclap initially they told that Profesional is blocked their calls and they will resolve my issue but after two days they said their professional hasn't done robbery and u can do whatever you want. Not only in my case there are several people who faced similar prblm with the urbanclap professionals and you can see many complaints lodged in consumer form which are not solved. also urbancalp representatives are supporting the professionals who robbed they are manipulating customers for the first two days in a way that they are helping them just to make the customer to divert from going to police. after three or four days once our product is completely out of their hand then they will happily say that you can proceed legally of you want.

so i got so many pimples on my face and bikini area after service , and moreover i got patches of dryness on forehead and starting of scalp

I had called a carpenter for some carpenters repair work in my kitchen trolly.after inspecting the job he said the he will not able to fix it and started asking for visiting charges.he said it is mandatory to pay visiting charges irrespectiv of wether the work is done or not.i paid Rs 250/- without getting any work done.you will be shocked to know that later I myself fixed the same problem which your carpenter could not do.I would request u to refund my money and don't keep such people because they will spoil your companies name.

The professional was good and the service provided was great. but the customer service was disappointing. As my payment did not go through the card on the urban clap app, but amount was deducted from my acct, so i contacted the customer care advisor told that it will be refunded back to me within 5 working days. But when called back they did not refund the amount.

The pest control done wasn't effective. The customer support from the pest control team also was not satisfactory
