My Trunki had got damaged in transit, these things happen, understandably, and Trunki’s customer service was second to none. I had a quick response, my returns label was sorted and a new Trunki sent out to me in the meantime. Brilliant ! Wouldn’t hesitate to buy direct from them again, superb !

My son is over the moon with his shark swim bag...all ready for his swimming lesson! Not only is it amazing quality, but arrived quickly.
