A good Company to deal with. Very experienced, helpful and Friendly Staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I telephoned them to check Stock availability on the item I required. I reserved the item and 15 mins. later I collected the item. Very easy and simple to do with no hassle. I would definitely recommend this Company.

Worst experience i have ever had on delivery. Ordered over £1,000 worth of drainage 15 difference types of fittings paid for next day delivery only two of type fitting turn up. Phoned Toolstation yesterday was told rest of order will be with me today,Checked with Parcel Force and they don't know anything about a delivery today. To say i am P off is an understatement. Two men plus machine on job cant do any work. me cost over £500. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN

Too much publicity. Nearly one per day filling up my in box. Looking for stainless wood screws was a nightmare because you only have a category for screws. Sub directories for stainless and wood are necessary. Whoever designed your programs needs to be shot.

The paint that I ordered was poorly packed and had been placed loose in a carrier bag in a cardboard box. When it arrived much of the paint had leaked. The subsequent after sales service was however very good and to their credit Toolstation apologised and arranged for a replacement. Unfortunately it meant I was unable to do the exterior painting when I had planned to.
