They were very courteous to deal with when I had a query. Their sizing is very flexible in that the waist sizes go up in increments of one inch rather than two and they have a wide selection of trouser length options.

Bought a suit and a few days after shipping confirmation they emailed to say the jacket was not in stock anymore. No need to send suit trousers if jacket is not available. Use common sense and/or be proactive in contacting customers. Slow communications and no response to my follow up email. Used to buy from TM Lewin a lot, quality has noticeably gone downhill both in terms of product quality and service. Feels like a cheap brand now with cheap quality products and designs. Maybe that’s their new target market and they will be selling giant mugs and calculators soon.

I am very disappointed with TM for the way both them and their delivery agent Herms treated my last order. Herms delivery company, never called at my address to try to deliver the order. Whilst tracking the order, I read the order is being returned, because I was not available. Herms never came to my address, its not the first they (Herms) have done this to me.
I called TM customer service to complain about this, the lady I spoke to promise to resend the order, but only for me to receive an email from PayPal of refund, and email always from TM too.
It so very sad and disappointing from TM
