Items purchased were on display at a different price, although they were labelled correctly at £6 they were in a bucket (along with numerous others) displaying £3 each. So felt rather disappointed at the till, assistant just showed me the correct label and I felt I wasn’t being listened to. Even after the purchase I went back and found the bucket containing the decorations I purchased, I showed the assistant who seemed to have little interest i. correcting the issue.

You have prompt customer service. I had an issue with an item I purchased and your customer service rep made sure I would be compensated for the return cost of mailing item back. After some thought, I decided to gift the item to my sister. My only negative was the fact that I ordered a pair of sneakers and was sent the wrong size. You are no longer carrying that shoe so I’m out of luck.

The staff were all very polite, especially at the tills. My only frustration was that many items were not priced and when I did ask for the price of some items the assistant told me the prices, but didn't seem surprised that items were not priced or make any effort to rectify this. I found this a little bizarre. More consistentency needed on labelling prices/price list signs next to items please!
