Nail bar was a birthday gift for my sister. She was delighted with it. She asked me where i had got it so i told her about your website. The coasters are a stocking filler for my grandson. He is only fourteen but likes anything retro. He will use them in his bedroom. I was really pleased with both items.

I bought 2 gin glasses. I e-mailed you on 17 October with a picture of one of them which was smashed. I asked for a replacement and offered to pay for the extra one if they only come in 2's. I have had no acknowledgement.
You sent them promptly but having one smashed does not make for a happy purchase.

Delivery quite quick. Had an issue with product and was given an apology and told that it would be passed on to the product review team, I've heard no more. Not pleased that far less than perfect products are being sent out.

I would have given 5 stars had the delivery been better, probably not the fault of The Present Finder. The main part arrived safely and very well packed -a terrarium. I am awaiting the second part of the order essential to the success of the gift. They were very helpful when I phoned so I expect the problem to be solved very soon.

I have not yet found a suitable location for it but I am very happy with the product and it is exactly as it was described. Dispatch and delivery was very fast and efficient. I would recommend present finder to family and friends and will most likely be using them again in the future.
