Superbreak were very good, particularly the lady who arranged the hotel etc.

We will certainly use Super Breaks again. The deal we got through them was exceptional. The hotel was really convenient for what we wanted to do in London and the staff on the desk very knowledgeable and obliging. Very clean room with everything we needed, and triple glazing to ensure a quiet night’s sleep.

I'm sure it's all in the small print however when booking a break in London (with rail travel) I mixed up my dates. I really thought it would be easy to put it back a couple of weeks....well no its not. I've never had a problem with other companies who are only too pleased for your custom when errors occur. I was even happy to pay admin fees despite a later booking being much cheaper. Guess someone will come back and say it's not our fault as it's down to the hotel/rail company. I really would have thought that Super Break held some influence with the amount of business they do.

Once again you have sent me the documents to print myself. I did feedback about this last time and you posted them to me. So why not give people the option to have them sent by mail or print themselves. Also why not ask for feedback after the event.
I have just returned from my last Superbreak and the hotel room was excellent. But no one asked me to feed back.
