Booking was extremely easy and efficient online. The break I booked showed that there was a free river trip included but there was no details of this on the confirmation I received. I contacted customer services and was told that this only related to bookings for May. I advised them that this was very misleading and that their website should be updated.

I've never heard of Super Break before making my online booking. I booked a short break to London to see Kiss in the O2 arena. The deal included the hotel and the VIP suite ticket for the concert. I booked my break just two days before the concert and all documents arrived in time. I received a confirmation of my booking and a voucher for the hotel and the print out ticket for the concert in a separate e-mail one day after the booking with lots of information about the VIP suite and how to enter the venue. I had different hotel options to chose from and I think the deal was pretty cheap compared to the usual prices of both, hotel and ticket. I would book through Super Break again.

Staff excellent, friendly ,efficient. The lovely lady who served our cream tea was melting in the heat with the black and white uniform she had to wear but she was very cheery service with a smile.
The room we stayed in was a little jaded and because of the heatwave they could have done with a few more outdoor seats. This probably usually isn’t an issue as there is an enormous conservatory to sit in to cater for our usual summer weather. Good value break. The pool is adult only which is an added bonus.

Holly provided outstanding service. I had trouble completing my booking online so she did this for me through live chat and over the phone. Nothing was too much trouble - even me having to reconnect with her slightly later due to having to sort out something with my work. Give the girl a promotion ?
